While I have never been to the physical location, I have enjoyed Teriyaki Madness from this Brentwood location on multiple occasions! This spot is on heavy rotation for our office lunches and is always a hit. TM is basically Panda Express on low dose steroids and they focus on Teriyaki bowls. You can choose one of the pre-built bowls or customize to your liking. They have bases including veggies, noodles and rice which you can have topped with chicken, steak, more veggies and even tofu. Of course sauces are a thing, while teriyaki sauce is the go to, you can spice it up with their "mad" sauce. My normal dish is the standard Teriyaki Chicken bowl with white rice and veggies with extra teriyaki sauce. Always hits the spot! I will say that the cook on the chicken is a bit inconsistent as some times I get fresh, juicy and well cooked chicken while other times I have gotten tough, charred and dry. In addition to the bowls, my team ALWAYS requests crab rangoons...extra to be exact. And for good reason, they are yummy! Overall, really enjoy Teriyaki Madness and this location. read more

That marinated chicken meat is definitely addictive...I even contemplated going back again this evening and ordering it again. My girlfriend ordered the regular Chicken Teriyaki which was good, but we both agreed that the Spicy Chicken had more flavor and was more CRAVE worthy. This was my first visit. I was dropping some stuff off next door and thought I'd give it a try. The pics looked fantastic. I ordered two meals to go. Teriyaki chicken on all veggies, and spicy chicken on fried rice. The order took about 10 minutes to be done. The Teriyaki chicken was bland and dry. The "pound" of veggies was limp and tasteless. Mostly cabbage. I'm also not sure how Teriyaki sauce can kick carbs out of the meal. Lower than rice, yes, but. The spicy chicken was spicy like Buffalo sauce or Sriracha. The fried rice was not very flavorful, IMO. Overall, the to-go system was longer than I'd order in person. The taste was bland, IMO. I just don't see a reason to recommend it. We stopped by a 2nd time and this time it was much better than the previous visit. We walked in and we were waited on right away. Talked with the manager/co-owner while ordering and he treated us right. Food came to us in a timely manner. The steak teriyaki bowl was delicious and I tried my wive's chicken and was also delicious. My wife loved her egg roll. The other Mgr/co-owner came to our table and that the food is cooked with each order, nothing sitting under heat lamps. So there would be a wait for food, but like I mentioned earlier in this post. We did not notice an extremely long wait. But it was the right temperature and very tasty.
