My coworker recommended Teriyaki Madness for work, if you're looking for speedy food that's not fast food or a sandwich look no further! I appreciated the portion sizes because I wasn't too hungry- I ordered the Junior bowl and it was just the right amount! Our food was ready in under 10 minutes from placing the pick up order online! I have no complaints. I didn't find the teriyaki sauce to be too sweet either. Head on over and try out this place for your teriyaki fix! This Teriyaki Madness location opened around 6 months ago and was a much anticipated addition to the area! For years our office has ordered from the Brentwood location, so to see a TMAD make its way nearby was an exciting development! This particular location is situated in between Jersey Mike's and UPS on Mallory Lane in the plaza anchored by Kroger. As mentioned, TMAD is on the normal rotation for our office lunches and everyone is always a little bit fatter and happier after lunch. Chicken Teriyaki, Orange Chicken and Steak Teriyaki bowls are the office go-to's, and the egg rolls and crab rangoons are office favorites! My only complaint, if you can even call it that, is the chicken can be hit and miss. Some days it is perfect, cut well, juicy and flavorful...and then other days it is oddly cut, if even at all, dry and chewy. A bit of inconsistency to be addressed. While all the bowls are planned, you can customize your base, sauce and veggies. I usually add mad sauce and enjoy yaki style on occasion! Pricing is fair for the amount you get. I don't know what it is about teriyaki places that boil or charbroil chicken that has not been marinated in teriyaki sauce. That is madness! I don't care for bland meat that's been cooked and then has teriyaki sauce applied to it afterwards. That is not how traditional Japanese teriyaki places do it. Our white meat chicken bowl was dry, lacked any flavor IN the meat and we did not finish it. Cannot recommend the chicken teriyaki here. read more

Ok, coming back around to Teriyaki Madness to cut off a star because the good people there do not know how to cook salmon. Wife thought teriyaki salmon sounded like a good option, and was very disappointed. The texture was like rubber, she could pick up the whole piece with her fork and shake it while it wiggled. To call it bad was to complement it. Either the staff has not been trained properly on how to cook salmon, or they just don't care. Highly recommend you move on to another selection. Four stars because it's still a great place to grab a quick to go dinner. Love their noodle base, the chicken teriyaki is solid and the orange chicken is excellent as well (I'm partial to the spicy orange, which is the breaded version - as opposed to orange spicy - yup, a little confusing!). read more

I ordered on their app and received an offer for a bogo bowl. I ordered a salmon teriyaki bowl for myself and an orange chicken bowl for a friend. The regular size is filling. I enjoyed the teriyaki sauce and the vegetables were crisp and not mushy. Good amount of rice and protein. Will be back! I went for their sneak peek day and have to say they stayed kind and friendly under pressure. I tried a chicken breast teriyaki bowl with brown rice and veggies. I also tried a steak teriyaki bowl with white rice and veggies. I liked that they gave me extra teriyaki sauce on the side. I would like to try their spicy mad sauce next time. I have been to teriyaki madness in nolensville but I like this one better. Chicken teriyaki had some char and crispy edges which adds to the flavor. The dine in area is small but owners were there and enthusiastic. I recommend the white (steamed rice) because at the nolensville location, the brown rice had a weird taste. I ordered on-line and accidentally ordered from the wrong location. The wrong order restaurant canceled my order and refunded my money. The coupon I used didn't get refunded to my account but the Franklin location honored it anyway. I really appreciate it when someone is this nice about customer service. And the food is GREAT! I love the chicken teriyaki bowls. This is def the place to be when you get cravings for chicken and veggies. This is the best take-out to come to the Cool Springs area in a long time. We used Teriyaki Madness to cater an office lunch and they went above and beyond. They fulfilled the order in a timely manner, getting it ready for us earlier than the expected timeframe.
