The food at this place taste like a 12 year old who never cooked and never used any sauces.... fixed it. No flavor . Lots of grease in fried rice. Nothing worse than ordering $40 worth of food, being very hungry but you can't eat it because it is SO BAD!!! read more

Make sure you go early enough. We went at 8:30 and were told they stopped taking orders because they close at 9.

August 22, 2024: Tried this place a few times before and liked it but recently I ordered through the app ahead of time (30 mins ahead of time) but when I arrived to the restaurant I still have to wait for another 20 minutes. This is not acceptable. The guy in the front was not happy and you could hear the cook in the kitchen cursing and could hear all his complains. Just not having a good time. I'd save your money and time and go somewhere else if possible. This place deserves ZERO stars. Food was overcooked and burnt. This restaurant is awful. read more

Service was fast as expected for a chain. Food was fine although the noodles were a little dry. It would improve the quality of the food if they added some oil or garlic to the noodles. The dining area was fine and seemed clean for a restaurant near a gas station. If you wanted to compare it to something I'd say the quality is similar to Panda but with less options. read more

Stopped on a road trip. The online ordering was great, my wife ordered white we were still a few miles away and it was ready when we got there. Had the steak with fried rice and vegetables, regular size. It was delicious and filling, I had leftovers. Plenty of beef and vegetables to go with the rice without being too much of any one of the three. read more

This place is not very good. I normally love Asian food. Not this place. Ugh the only thing I can recommend is the plain white rice. Ugh

Possibly good if not in a hurry. Tonight my wife and I decided to try a new restaurant in Fairmont WV. Based upon the experience we will not be returning. We arrived and there were about 6 people in the store sitting at tables. The young man who took our order mumbled as he spoke to us, took a sip of a drink while I was paying and then motioned to the tip screen. Normally I am a very heavy tipper, even on phone or to go orders. But that requires a welcoming personality and acting like you want to serve me not acting like it's a drudgery. My receipt, attached, was time stamped 6:30 pm.  It became obvious after 10 minutes that the people standing and sitting were all waiting for food. After 15 minutes, the young man who took my order asked the person at the table next to where I stood if he'd ordered edamame. He said no and I replied I had ordered some and was informed they were now out and did I want a different side. He offered pot stickers and I agreed. He then also asked my name, which he'd asked and input on my receipt originally. A clue no one was paying attention. He returned behind the counter and I began to watch. There were at least 6 people working, or rather behind the counter. However no processes were being followed. I worked in fast food at Wendy's and here's what I observed: The young man behind the counter never walked back into the dining area, even though he wasn't dealing with incoming customers, bagging the food, or preparing anything. So two tables that had diners when we entered were left askew and unbussed. The kitchen was chaos. No one was calling out to the chef orders of sides or food, even though he came forward once and asked it be done. Our two bowls were being bagged when our order for pot stickers and crab ragoon went back. The staff behind the counter were speaking loud, cussing (a couple of f-word outbursts were heard by all in the store), there was no one taking the lead on the food missing from orders, and multiple workers were eating and drinking in view of customers and while they worked. Never once did someone announce or come around to tell us there would be a delay with our or any other's food.  We finally received two bowls and two sides 49 minutes after we ordered and paid. To put this to reference, we had dinner last night at Oliverio's in Bridgeport. Fried crab balls as appetizer, two salads, 4 mixed drinks, chicken alfredo, lobster ravioli, and two slices of cheesecake. Our bill was $155 and the entire meal took one hour and that's because we sat and had another drink after dessert.  Not sure how what is billed as quasi fast food takes 50 minutes and what is one of the premier restaurants takes approximately same time. To add insult, the order was no correct meaning even with the extended time to cook the food they couldn't get the four items correct.  My wife ordered fried rice as you can see on the receipt and received white rice. Sad indictment for what could be.. it starts and ends with the employees. They clearly need more and better training.  As stated we won't be back again. I'd suggest Kumo as even on their busiest night you can get your order filled in under an hour and the food is much better. read more

Stopped here on a road trip back home. Amazing! Fresh ingredients, delicious teriyaki with other options too like chicken katsu and orange chicken. One of us got brown rice and veggies for a lower calorie option. Very friendly service too. Also egg roll was really good! Definitely will stop again on our way back through. read more
