I live in Roswell,…read moreand I never hesitate to make the drive to Sandy Springs because it is absolutely worth it. The quality of the sushi is outstanding. You can tell they use premium, high-grade fish, and everything is incredibly fresh. My personal favorite is the uni, which is always excellent. The specialty rolls are amazing as well. The Terry Roll is fantastic, and the Jackie Roll is absolutely out of this world. Every roll I've tried has been beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The appetizers are just as impressive as the sushi, making it easy to enjoy a full dining experience from start to finish. Whether I'm dining alone, meeting coworkers, or catching up with friends, the food is always consistently exceptional. The service is another reason I keep coming back. Jackie and the entire staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about providing a great experience. The owner is wonderful and has created a restaurant that truly stands out. There is plenty of parking, and while you can sometimes walk in, I highly recommend making a reservation because Bishoku is often busy for good reason. If you're looking for fresh, high-quality sushi, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Bishoku is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is upscale and modern, with elegant decor and tall ceilings with tons of light. The plating and silverware is also spot on. I ordered a tako nigiri and a Mikata sushi tower with spicy tuna and real crab in it. The presentation was gorgeous and the dishes tasted as good as it looked. I had a virgin lychee martini to go worth the meal and I left very satisfied. I'll definitely be back when visiting Atlanta

Can't speak for parking as I walked over. You'll have to call and ask or drive around and check it out for yourself. I didn't make a reservation but as busy as it got, I'd recommend it just in case. I sat at the Sushi bar - there's also a bar - but if you want a table - that's where it got busy, then busier when I finished up and left. Service was great! Sitting at the Sushi bar, the crew behind the counter was busy but the wait staff checked up on me like I was a VIP. I didn't even need to ask - someone was there to follow up. Not hovering. Just great timing. They do not offer Sashimi sets thus what you see in the pics I posted. Not complaining - I got my fix later in the week. But enjoyed the meal from appetizer, to dessert and the drinks in-between. I especially enjoyed the Yellowtail Jalapeno - nice punch of flavor - same for the Crab Sunomono. The Margarita Roll had a little kick - not spicy for me but if you're sensitive to spicy heat - might want to avoid. Grabbed the Banana Tempura for dessert. Figured it would pair well with the Banana Bread Old Fashioned. It didn't. Little to strong for it. That's on me. But enjoyed the separately. Next time I'd order something that doesn't overpower the dessert. But next time I might just say it's two desserts - the second being of a liquid variety. Anyway, would I go back? Lots of other places to try but I wouldn't hesitate if someone wanted to go and asked me to tag along.

The super crunch is my personal favorite but I always have to get a cowboy hat as "desert"! I've also had the tuna, spicy tuna,& yellowtail. I have had sashimi & it is always fresh and wonderful! I honestly don't know how pricing is b/c someone else has always paid (parents, friends) so I don't know how this compares but it is simply outstanding! I wasn't big on sushi most of my life but my coworkers insisted I try this place after moving companies 4 years ago. I've been hooked since. Whether you're into raw fish or not, there's something for everyone including the squeamish and the adventurous. I love the music and chill atmosphere as well, but all of these pale compared to the people there. Everyone that works there is so nice and genuine and they will remember you and your orders after just a few visits. I bring my mom there and Kevin after meeting her one time remembers exactly what to make her because she's picky- but she LOVED what he came up with to cater to her. They always treat me with kindness and care even on busy days. I'm attaching a picture of a dish they surprised me with after they had been too slammed to talk to me (which of course was fine in of itself) and I was just blown away. I can't recommend this place enough!
