They even claimed that no manager was available, which is both inexcusable and highly questionable during peak season. This was an overpriced, inflexible, and poorly managed service that added stress to an already difficult travel situation. Skip the timeshare presentation they told us that we would get a $400 massage and it turned out to be maybe a $70 massage also they say it's an hour and a half from beginning to end and it took over 2 1/2 hours. The all-inclusive is definitely worth it if you eat a lot and drink a lot which is something we did. on our last night there we went to restaurant that supposedly had the tomahawk steaks come to find out they didn't they had sent their meats to another restaurant so that was very disappointing. We were told to go right to the red rood where to buy the ferry tickets. It was $37 USD per person and it was roundtrip. We only did the ferry it is cheaper to pay in pesos than USD. Once you get your ticket you go to the waiting area until your ferry arrives. If you need to use the bathroom, there's one available before you go to the waiting area but be sure to show your ticket to the security guard or else it's $10 to use. When you are about to board the ferry, you have to scan the ticket. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET THIS TICKET WET OR TO LOSE IT. Or else you will have to pay again. The ride is about a half hour and it's beautiful. The ferry has indoor and outdoor seating. There was a man singing during our ride and afterwards he did ask for a tip. You will always be offered to take a catamaran, to go snorkeling, to rent a golf cart, etc.
