In Jan of 2019 they "installed" a vapor barrier under our house at the tube of $1250 and did a "preventative termite" treatment for $3500 with no evidence of termites. Come July we sold our house and had an 2 independent pest management companies inspect. 1) vapor barrier was only part way installed. They left the rolls down there but did not lay it out ($1500) Hmmm 2) they recommended that should not have had a treatment ($3500). 3) we didn't even need the vapor barrier 4) there was a fungus that needed to be treated in one part. After calling them- they sent a tech out to finish installing vapor barrier. They would not refund any money for missing the fungus etc. Moral of the story- we spent $5000 on stuff we didn't need or wasn't installed and more importantly, they missed the fungus which is what they should have taken care of in the first place. Do NOT use them. Total rip off.

All the technicians I've had are friendly (Ian was during the last visit) and when I have questions, they always answer them in a timely manner. There were no voicemails from them or notice of cancellation of any kind. The boss obviously is asleep at the wheel or doesn't care about customer loyalty. If our business were to lose a 30 year account, we would bend over backwards to keep them. All we were told was that they could not reach us. Impossible in our opinion.

It had been a number of years since I had a similar service. The national brand company I had used for years wasn't responsive to my requests. They had become "spray quickly & leave", ignoring my standing instructions. Finally I cancelled because of poor service. I'm very glad to now have a local company that's responsive to my needs. Dreamlawns only services my front yard at my request. When the back was previously done it was an irritant for my dog's skin. There was much scratching following a treatment. I would much rather have healthy, happy dogs than beautiful grass in the backyard. The company always calls the day before service. They follow my instructions not to come the day of or the day before my regular Friday lawn care mowing. If their preferred day doesn't work for me it's easy to reschedule. Payment can be made in advance for the annual schedule of service. The cost is much less than the national company for better service. "Buy local" includes much more than just restaurants & shops. Dreamlawns has proven to me it also is beneficial with lawn treatment services.

They also offer tree and shrub service. In my opinion Dream Lawns is the best in the area. This is after using other local and national chains. Price is similar too! I also received a $25 refer a friend credit off bill. Neighbors will notice. My lawn is gorgeous and I now have the lawn I dreamed of.
