When I signed the agreement, I was under the assumption the month of July was part of the $250 initial treatment to get an infestation under control, now I understand that all I was being provided was two initial treatments. I will continue to use them for the time being as I prefer supporting local and their technicians are high-quality to my knowledge, but am highly disappointed in the fact they refuse to honor the service agreement they provided me.
