I paid$1113 last year thru. JES FOUNDATION. JUST PAID $125 for crawl space inspection to renew contract. Now they emailed me for additional $125 for termite inspection? What a ripoff. By paying $125 on Nov. 15 2021 I was done. No treatment was needed or done. So why the additional $125? How much more are they going to rip off senior citizens? We have used this company for years. They are great at scheduling our services and being here on time. They do a great job with every aspect of our pest control issues to include addressing our moisture control issues in the crawl space. Today, they blew us away. We had our house treated for termites (preventative) by them back in 2013. Normally treatments need to be updated every 5-8 years in this area. We were prepared to hear that we needed a re-treat. They arrived, on time and did a thorough inspection, inside and out, to include the crawl space. To our surprise, they said everything looked good and could wait another year to be reinspected. They could have just as easily said, it's been 9 years, you need a re-treat!! AND, AND, while the technician was under the house, he noted that our dehumidifier condensate pump was running continuously. Without asking or saying anything, he took the initiative to find and repair the issue while he was under there. 5 stars isn't enough to express our gratitude for their business ethics and the quality of the staff they hire. read more

The service was great, owner and wife are professional. I did not have pests but the folks next door do. This is a townhome so, their problems are my problems. They put up boards and prevented mice from coming to my home where my little poodle could get a disease. 12/21/2015 Updated Review-the original agent working for their company that came to my home to bait the critters left the bait trap in my attic. I called to let them know 1) I heard 'something' (YIKES!) in my attic and 2) the trap may have something in it. A new person came to my home from the same company and demanded that I retell him why he was on site. I digress by adding that when he arrived at my home I was in the middle of a business call-yet,he did not introduce himself, he did not have a ladder in which to get in to my attic with, and already seemed like he knew what he was 'not' going to do. I retold my story as I told the customer service rep when I called to make the appointment. In summary, he did not go in my attic, he did not provide any service, and left. I called the office right after he left -about 10 minutes, and -suddenly -where in the past they answer right away-no one picked up the phone. I left a message-no follow up. I guess Lori Ann T was right guys-and I had it wrong......There is just no follow up here and if another agent that works for their company does the work, they just leave ( a possible dead critter) the job in which they were paid in full to perform- undone. read more

We used this company for a year for rodent control, a rodent exclusion and to replace our vapor barrier under our house. Our initial contact with the salesman was great but the actual service was unprofessional. After our exclusion and replacement of our vapor barrier we continued to have rodent issues the whole year. The vapor barrier removal and installation was challenging. The workers broke an irrigation pipe under the house which caused flooding when the sprinklers came on the next day. They did pay to fix the pipe. They sent one man to install the vapor barrier which I think is a lot to ask from one employee. He also injured his hand. We ended up going with a new company after our year contract was finished. We ended up having to redo our vapor barrier, they also ripped out our insulation and put in a dehumidifier under the house and we have not had rodent issues in the last four months. read more

I have had this company since it was Aachren, for about 15 years, which was a very good company. Every year they would try and sell me extras! I never went for it. This year they decided that they weren't going to renew my contract because of moisture and obstacles. Mind you that I have in the last 5 years dug out my crawlspace so that you can get under it, and there is not difference in moisture as before and I have added a moisture barrier on my own. This company is a HUGE rip off! They can't make additional money on me so they dropped me! BEWARE!!! read more

After research and checking with the better business beau.I decided to use license to kill. There service coast me more than I bargain for. My issues was with termites. I have END-UNIT townhouse built on a slab; so there is treatment on the inside as well as on the outside. 1 tech arrived and started on the inside. His job was to pull up the carpet drill holes along the length of the house, shoot in supposedly termidor, plug all the holes and then cover the plugs with cement; after he drilled the holes he did not cover 1 hole. He closed the hole by covering them with the carpet. This happened around June 10,2016. Tropical storm Hermine came in the first week of September 2016. The townhouse has water all down the interior side but none on the exterior to the outside. That was a little strange so I pulled up the carpet and found out why. Every hole was like a little valcano where the water came up and bought in water and dead bugs from under-ground. I have photos and videos. The outside tech had to trench under the cinder block and shoot in susposley termidor but he didn't close up the trench. read more

At the beginning of this season I was having kept getting crickets in a few of my rooms and they came and I haven't had an issue since!
