Just recently I had the pleasure of using the pest control services of Termite Terry and his technician DJ Salamin. It was a 5-star service from start to finish. I live in a 2-story duplex and both units had a severe ant and spider infestation. DJ came out and did a free inspection and explained exactly what needed to be done inside and out. He provided a quote, which actually was lower than another provider, and offered to do same day service. I ended up scheduling it for the next day due to time constraints on both my part and my neighbor upstairs. He came out the next day, did exactly what he mentioned and even threw in additional services at no extra charge. He was professional, friendly, courteous and took his time to make sure ever square inch of my property inside and out was treated. I have not had a problem inside the house and it's been 4 months now. There was one tree on my property that did have a new infestation and he came out at no extra charge to treat the area. Termite terry is a very funny guy but he is also smart and operates a well run company with a money back guarantee. We had subterranean termites Terry came out and inspected my home, i have never seen such a through inspection. We wanted to do some landscaping in the near future so Terry told us what to have the landscaper do to further protect the house from future infestation and instructed us to do the changes before he exterminated. We did and our happy we did so, when the guys came out they were clean, polite and did a great job, they even painted where they had to drill holes in the wall and patched the cement where they drilled there as well. A few months later i thought i might have a problem Terry came back out ASAP did a through inspection and taught me what to do to determine if it was old or new infestation fortunately it was old. Terry was referred to us because we thought we had a (self-diagnosed) flea problem. My husband had been eaten alive by something, we have two dogs, its summertime... so that was our conclusion. Well after an hour of looking for those little suckers, he didn't find a thing except for a few dead bugs. Well instead of selling me something I didn't need, he said that there were no fleas, and not much else to do. I had my house tented for termites a few weeks ago. The inspection was excellent and they took the time to really examine my home. The day of the fume they were on time and did a fantastic job. They are so thorough. When I returned home, the tent was off and I could go in the house. We walked in the kitchen and realized we had left our spices in the cupboard and did not bag them. BUT - The Termite Terry Crew did it for us! I also left my cream in the fridge. When I opened up the fridge to put our groceries away, the cream had been bagged as well. After waiting more years than we should have, we called in Termite Terry for the "full treatment!" These guys are good! Fair and honest in their pricing, their on-location service is outstanding! The crew go out of their way to avoid unnecessary tile breaks (which is important with a ceramic tile roof) and they are efficient about getting the house tented for fumigation. They do an in-home check beforehand to make sure all the perishables are properly secured, and all interior doors and drawers are open. From start to finish in two days, and we're termite FREE! I had subterranean termites and had Termite Terry come out to do the job. Terry and his workers were very knowledgeable and explained everything to my wife and I so we understood the process and the work that needed to be done. It basically involved having to drill holes through my concrete slab and inject a chemical to stop the termites. It was a big job and Termite Terry's workers were great, very friendly and courteous, they also had to move a lot of things that were in the way and not one complaint. All the holes were filled and patched up and it's been over a year now and I haven't had any problems since. I will be contacting Termite Terry again the next time I need his help. read more

As little as we like to get our homes tented for fumigation, this time around was a great experience. Starting with Eric, the contact rep was knowledgeable and courteous. He was descriptive and answered all my questions about the bagging process. I feel the price was very fair and the icing on the cake. The fumigation crews were prompt, and knocked the two story job out, taking precautions to protect the home and provide a good seal. He was not the cheapest, but we trusted him and had him fumigate our house. With all of the heat we had last week, I noticed that I had some small flying insects at different locations throughout my home. The next day a friend of mine recommended Termite Terry Pest Control.
