Must reserve on Open Table, or expect to be turned away. Good city views, but this bar and restaurant does not merit all the hype.

Fraises de Mumbai and raspberry mojito

I came here with a friend for drinks/dinner and the incredible view and drinks were worth it! The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the skyline /downtown and the drinks menu is extensive with a full customizable mojito bar option. The raspberry mojito and fraises de Mumbai drinks were both excellent. Besides the beautiful view, the service here is incomparable! The servers Valentine and Tristan made my /my friend's night better than we imagined and were both incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly! I would highly recommend coming here for the excellent views, drinks /food and service!

Was by myself so I was able to eat at the bar but there were couples who walked up w/o reservation and sat at the bar as well. My bartender Mark was great even while he was making drinks for the tables. I wasn't that hungry but the burger was one of the best I've ever had! Oh plus the views were amazing!

Out of all the terraces that we have been to in Montreal, this place is hands down the best one! It is located in the Place D'armes Hotel, on the top floor. The view is absolutely breathtaking and drinks -- the strawberry sangria especially -- are so so so delish. I would recommend making a reservation or showing up at not so busy times as the spot is rather small and busy. The ambiance is very eclectic and you get to see Notre Dame while sipping and eating. Try their poutine and cheese board if you have a chance!

Pretty limited drink selection. Could have given us better seats then at the bar. Three great tables empty the whole time we were there. Staff were great though.

Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Decor & Style: 5/5 5 stars based on the view alone! Beer selection was not the best but it was good enough for me to enjoy (I miss my Oklahoman craft beers!). We tried the cheese/meat dish and tasted exactly as expected, not amazing but good. I don't think there is a better view in the city (rooftop bar wise). Menu items were pricey, but that doesn't concern me because I know i'm paying for the decor and high rent space!

Definitely a nice rooftop bar. The cocktail list is well done and well executed, some creative cocktails including the green apple cucumber Gin- my favorite. A variety of Mojito's and they will customize. Drinks are not cheap- I would say $12-$15 a pop. But if you're looking for a cool place to hang out for a few cocktails the service is good, the view better, and the cocktails are pretty well-made.

Let me start by saying that I didn't have food at this restaurant and so the review is based solely on the cocktails and the view. The 1st drink (as see on the photo) was not the best - they all sound so great on the menu but don't actually have a distinct taste. As for the view, I was quite impressed! The reason this place gets 3 stars is that the terrace ended up closing quite early (like 9:00PM) based on the fact that there weren't enough clients. Quite disappointing as we had arrived at 7:30 so it cut our night quite short. Other than that, the service was impeccable and would recommend on a nice sunny afternoon.

While vacationing, my boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place when we were walking back from dinner. We noticed the view and had to go check it out. At the time, they were full, but William went out of his way to make space for us! He was so welcoming! The view was gorgeous, and the service was fantastic. Our server Alfonso was both friendly and attentive. We ordered the Crème Brûlée (highly recommend!), and it was such a delightful experience, we came back the next two nights for dessert and cocktails! Love the ambiance and the wonderful servers. On the third night, it was raining, so they couldn't serve us upstairs but they assured us in their downstairs restaurant we could order the crème brûlée. While downstairs, Alfonso, our server from the previous night, spotted us and came over to check on us and see how our experience was going. All in all, a lovely experience and a beautiful taste of what makes Montreal so magical.

I visited this bar for late night drinks with friends after a full day of attending a conference for work. It was the perfect place to unwind. We had a great view of the city and the cocktails were great. We only wished they were open a bit later. They closed at midnight and they started turning off the lights and shutting things down around 11:50. It was a Sunday night, but on a warm summer evening we would have loved to stay longer.

I think they've had a bad rap. 4 stars for the view alone - overlooking the Notre-Dame cathedral plaza and broad vistas of downtown Montreal. The service was good. My Tartine was great and very reasonably priced. Worst part was trying to figure out how to get in - hard to find !

I came here to enjoy the drinks and the awesome view!! It's a bit pricey but worth it for the experience or for a special night out !! The sangrias are so good.

This place has such a datey datey vibe. It'll totally motivate you to find someone so you can take him/her here out on a date. It's on the rooftop of a hotel and overlooks the city of Montreal. If you're seated at a table facing the West, you have this gorgeous view of the sunset also. They also have an extensive choice of mojitos and selection of cocktails. Their cheeseboards look pretty damn awesome too. Whether it's a fun get together with friends or a romantic date, this place hits the jackpot when it comes to ambiance. Another side note: there's a DJ. Bonus! My only complaint would probably be the amount of bugs this place attracts. It can be distracting sometimes but it cracked up a few jokes also.

We walked in and were immediately approached by a server so we asked to sit by the window. We both ordered a Steerburger with fries and coleslaw. My friend enjoyed hers and I kinda liked mine but the burger wasn't anything like it used to be. I got the impression there was something other than meat mixed in just by the texture. The curly fries were just like we remembered: crispy & light. Staff was friendly and accommodating l, but the initial server who took our orders forgot to tell us he was either going on break or had finished for the day because another server approached us later to take our order! We told her we had already put in our order. She apologized and 10 minutes later our food came out. Oops.

Friendly and funny and great, quick service. Food was terrific, hot chicken sandwich and cajun chicken sandwich. So flavorful and sides of coleslaw and curly fries were great too. My hubby had a nice chat with the owner as well. Don't know when we might get back to Montreal but we will definitely go back here if we do. We haven't even tried the beef!

You can also reserve room if you are a big group. There's also a restaurant with various food that we didn't try. We didn't try the arcade, we ran out of time on our schedule but we will come back. The arcade work with a card where you accumulate point that you can spent on things in the gift shop. Like many arcade, the more token you buy, the cheaper the cost per token is. We took the combo that is 1 game of bowling, 1 game of laser tag and 1 round of mini golf. The bowling is with big balls. There's a little ramp for the kids or those that just need a little help. There's only one though so you have to share it across the 8 alley. The bowling itself is nice, alley are straight and clean. There's a wide range of ball weight that should be ok for everyone. The mini golf here is special. It's not a less put parcours, it's a most point. Point are done in 2 ways. Once you put, there's a 60sec timer. The time left once you enter the cup is bonus point. The other way is through the course. There's special tricks that you can do to earn extra points and even lose some. It's a very nice twist and it was fun. We ended with a game of laser tag. I saw the maximum occupancy is 28 players splitter in 2 or 3 teams. We were 6 and honestly, the room is small. Unless there's some hidden wall that get open for more player, I wouldn't see much more then 10 players. 28 would be over crowded for sure. For us at 6, it was perfect. One thing is the room itself is dangerous. Like many laser tag room, it's dark. The problem is they put some stuff like ramp but without anything to show you the edge or worst, they put some theming. Half of us were hurt by the stage. I myself trip, while walking slowly down one of those ramp where I though it was going in a specific direction but no. I ended up falling face first, scratching my knees and nearly broking my finger. My girlfriend opened her elbow while edging a wall and our friend got some similar stuff happened. Another thing is they don't really explain you anything beside how to shoot. There's a lot of stuff in the room that you can shoot and I never knew if it did anything beside some animation. Like a wall that seems like maybe a forcefield that would maybe disable enemy shield if they walk through? I don't know. The gun had 2 way to shoot, a long laser or a short range scatter shot like a shotgun. Was fun to be able to cycle through mode. We still had fun, but the state was dangerous in my opinion. It is a nice place to have a fun spend money. Kids will love it for sure and grown up too
