Terrible stopped at the lake mead and buffalo location tonight around 5:15 pm. The cashier was outside with her friends and started yelling at me that she was on her break. She continued with what don't you work or take breaks. I was 25' away just getting out of my truck. W. T. F. People suck. read more

This place is one of my favorites for gas and snacks! Gas is chevron so you already know that it's high quality. This place is so convenient too as it's on the corner of Cactus and Las Vegas Blvd. Also for those of you who enjoy rock star energy drink - yes they have the strawberry milk flavor always. My boyfriend will make the trek to this gas station and stocks up on these drinks! This gas station is unique and has gourmet beef jerky that the cashiers will serve for you. The cashiers are always so sweet and nice and good to us. We appreciate you ladies!! Their selection of sandwiches and microwaveable food is basically up to par with like Sprouts or something. I have never in my life seen food from a gas station look gourmet! #GourmetAF (am I right?!) Slot machines are closed off due to covid-19 but I'm glad they are following protocols. As a So Hi resident of over 4 years, who used to regularly stop at this location (prior to Terrible's ownership) multiple times a week for convenience items and every other week for the full service car wash, I felt compelled to leave this review after a horrible experience at this establishment and its even more horrific staff. I once worked with an individual who worked at Terrible's corporate and they gave examples of how terrible the culture is and how no one enjoyed working there. I can now see how that translates through to its store operations. I visited on Saturday 11/18 around 10am to get a drive through car wash. My expectations of this were already low because every neighborhood post across all social media sites has plenty of examples of how bad the car wash is. However I needed a quick one, so I was prepared to deal with the worst in exchange for convenience. After purchasing the most expensive option, I pushed the button for a receipt. It never dispensed so I pressed the "Call Attendant" button. After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to pick up, I decided I would just walk in afterwards and ask for a receipt. Upon attempting to enter the establishment through the slider doors near the car wash area, I was met with paper signs taped to the window (classy for So Hi) that said the doors no longer worked and I needed to walk around to the other side. So I did. I had to purchase a micro fiber towel in the store because of how terrible the drier system is on the car wash, water spots were left all across my vehicle. Along the front and rear bumpers, all along the sides, and the entire back end. I proceeded to then ask the attendant for my receipt. He proceeded to go into the side room closest to the counter and came out a couple minutes later saying "how bad do you need that receipt". A rough lady (I'm assuming a manager as she never properly introduced herself) said "our receipt machine is broken, but I can give you corporate's number and you can call them on Monday". I asked "how can I have proof then of your 5 day clean car guarantee". She then said "oh I don't know but you can ask corporate". I then decided to be the professional one here and said "thank you for your time, have a nice day" and walked out of the establishment for the last time. Do yourself a huge favor and never set foot or drive on to this property and give them your hard earned money. There are plenty of other establishments along Cactus that will treat you better. I purchased an $11 car wash @ 7:16PM especially because I wanted the "FREE FRAGRANCE" that comes with the purchase or I would have just opted for the $9. Well, the prompter clearly says to "see cashier inside store" to get the fragrance that CAME with my car wash purchase. Well, I wait inside to be served by a pregnant cashier who clearly doesn't know what she's doing. She thought I wanted a car wash, although I handed her my receipt showing I had just purchased a car wash (btw, the dryer stopped while there was 30 secs remaining on the timer ). Anyways, she's doing IDK what and comes to me confused. I explained I had purchase the wash that says it comes with a free fragrance WITH the purchase. She proceeded to say, "OHHHH" and continue to tell me that they don't have any. So I brushed it off. But as I turn around to exit, I clearly see they have MANY and told her, "well, there they are." And she says, "yeah, but those are for sell." You mean, like the extra $2 I paid since I could have gotten a $9 wash and paid for a $2 car fragrance? But ok???? So I just want to know what the "free ones" look like since the Little Tree car fragrance weren't it ALTHOUGH they were ALWAYS the free ones that were included with my car wash purchase many other times before. Is she new? I get it's just car fragrance, but then I would have just paid for a $9 wash. How annoying. read more

If I could give this business negative stars I would Discriminatory employees The rude cashier would not take my husbands $20 bill to pay for his items because he said he needed to have exact change and he didn't have any change for him would not charge him completely utterly rude disrespectful cursing and then proceeded to charge the person behind my husband and take that person's $20 bill and give that person change but would not do it for my husband what kind of employer establishment are you allowing your employees to talk to your customers and treat your customers in this way this is completely uncalled for July 7, 2021 around 6pm !!!!!!!!! read more

I stopped by here on my way to work at 4am. The front door was locked with a sign that said something like "went to restroom, be back soon." No big deal so I wait, and wait, and wait. Suddenly I see someone emerge from inside with glasses a face mask (why does he need a mask if he's locked inside alone?) and I start knocking on the door. Surely he'll let me inside now. He makes direct eye contact with me, then turns around and sits down at the slot machine to play! I keep knocking, and he completely ignores me! Perhaps the face mask is on so I can't identify him later. You need to monitor your late night/early morning employees better. read more
