Best place in town for tires!! I've been going here for almost a decade and they've always taken incredibly good care of me. Customer service is great and the quality of their used tires is almost brand new! They also usually have you in and out the door in less than an hour. The main owner is the nicest guy and always so welcoming when anyone walks in. Last time me and my girlfriend were about to go on vacation and she needed a balance and rotation before we drove cross country, it was right before they closed because it was a special event day and so they closed earlier than usual but I called and explained my situation and he insisted we bring it in and that he would still fix it so we could drive safely. This is the kind of place that looks out for their regulars and also looks out for anyone coming in for their first time. It's the way every other business around should operate and I think there's a lot of spot in the area that could learn from the way Terrific Tire is. I was in a pinch and headed back to Orlando. My front wheel drive car had taken a toll on my front tires. They needed to replace but I decided to rotate the back tires since they were in good shape. Headed to TTW after reading reviews and was met by Roy who immediately greeted me and told me it would be free and he can have it done ASAP. I was in there and out within 30 min. This is a family owned business and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Unlike the big franchise stores we all know, They were not trying to upsell me a laundry list of extras nor did I have to sit around or make an appointment. They sell new and used tires. I'm new to the area and this is now my go to tire store. read more

We had an ok experience with the tire guys out front but when we went to pay, the office reeked like weed and the manager told me to write my name and sign the order slip without her filling it out. She also demanded that I wear a mask although she didnt. When I asked why she said because I was entering her space (with an attitude). When I refused to sign anything blank, she grabbed the signed credit card slip out of my hand as I was asking another employee to fill out the order slip that she was too lazy to do. She was extremely rude, nasty and lazy. I didnt get the order receipt after she snatched it back and ran off. I paid $96 and change for 2 used tires installed. You get what you pay for. Got a donut replaced and another tire. Had to come on 2 separate days because of me forgetting the original tire that my donut was in place of. First time I came about an hour and a half before close and even with 3 people getting serviced before me I was out in 20 minutes. I already knew what I was looking to pay and got exactly that. The man who serviced me told me I could come back for my other tire and I came the day after the minute they opened. They had me out in about 10 minutes and helped me the second I pulled up. I can an only praise this business. The tire service is superb. Priced tires all around town and the best I could find were 45,000 miles warranty for $183 for two tires. Came to see them again here at Terrific and I obtained two tires with 65,000 mile warranty for $126. Their brake man is not only honest, but a great mechanic. Left him my truck that I thought had a brake fluid leak, when he could find no leak he still adjusted my back brakes and installed a new coolant reservoir, and refused to charge me. Clearly the definition of "terrific" is subjective in this case. I arrived at the location Shortly after they opened and wandered from garage to garage looking for someone who works there only to find almost 10 minutes later that the people that work there had been watching me walk back-and-forth rather than speaking up or asking me if I needed help or anything else in the realm of customer service. When finally someone did acknowledge my presence I told him I was looking for a used tire and his reply was a grunt and then he walked off any other direction. 15 minutes after that someone came out to inform me that they could not seem to get pressure into their compressor and that it would be resolved in the next 10 to 15 minutes. Finally after waiting a total of an hour and a half and having an appointment to get to I started calling other places in the area. When I left, they still had not gotten the air compressor, upon which their business depends, fixed nor was there an employee to be found anywhere in sight still. I get that it's a back alley garage but having an employee present at least address customers upon arrival is pretty basic for any place supposedly conducting business. Return visit: everyone has a bad day right? Apparently not this location. I arrived to have my other tire replaced before having an alignment done by another business. They had made one improvement. The four people that were manning the two bays were actually wearing shirts that said said the name of the business on them which would be a much greater improvement if they had actually taken the time to check me in or direct me to an office (which there doesn't seem to be) or make any other effort whatsoever to initiate the sale. I'm not particularly picky, especially when it comes to used tire places, so I just sat in my car and waited for about 20 minutes because they obviously have other customers although two of the four didn't seem to be particularly busy. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to simply acknowledge my presence in one of their bays (I did look at the clock) I started pulling up used tire locations on my phone and making phone calls. I found that a local business right next-door had the tire I was looking for. I immediately pulled out and went down the street. 20 minutes is plenty of time for someone to make some kind of contact, any kind whatsoever. I think two trips on two different days is sufficient, I will never be returning to not so terrific tires again. Do you self a favor and go to any one of the other used tire places within spitting distance of this location. They aren't any cheaper, they don't provide any service and I can see absolutely no benefit to dealing with their employees who apparently are so overworked Did they can't be bothered with customers until they get around to it but it be in 30 minutes, an hour or longer. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service!! My husband and I have been coming here for years and can always count on them to help. My Mit. Outlander was losing air in one of my newer tires and we could not figure out where but these guys did. It was a tire sensor gauge in the valve stem letting air out. Replaced quick and done!! I've come across a lot of tire places and mechanic shops that took a vantage of me and did it fix anything that needed to be fixed or told me what I needed to fix this place hands-down the most honest people I have ever came across and they will forever have me as a customer. read more

Mr Justin outside and Mr Steve inside are very nice and great to work with! Justin got the trie changed in 20 mins and had me ready to go and did a rotation too! Parking can get a little messy but ask someone when you pull in where to park/go and it's way easier. Prices are fair and they have been here for 13yrs so you know the owner cares about how the experience is! read more

Me and my boyfriend went there to get a tired and he was no specific on parking and it seemed like he just wanted to make us look like idiots driving around trying to park. They are fast and reasonably priced. I just took my car to them again, because I thought I heard my brakes grinding. I was expecting to have to replace my brakes and rotors. The technician called and explained that my brakes are good and he rotated the tires and took it for a drive to make sure he didn't hear any other issue. All was good and they didn't charge me anything. Honesty and great customer service, what more can you ask for. Also they do all types of repairs, so give them a try the next time you have an issue with your vehicle!!! read more

I have been back to this establishment four different times trying to get a tire replaced under warranty that separated on I-4 and almost took me and my daughter and my wife off of the road. today I went there they were supposed to have a tire for me. I was told to come back they would have one. I went there again and I was told they sold the tires. I wouldn't not recommend buying tires from this buisness. Now I'm sol till when ever they happen to have the tire i need with only 10 days left on my warrenty. read more

I went there before,had no issues. But 3 wks ago I was very disappointed and insulted n it only by the cashier but also by owner. I came with need to buy a tire , they put diff. Size on n said i would be fine for trip next day at 167 miles away. It was flat by end of work shift n I noticed it , n went straight into gas station. Changed to spare brought back to terrific tire in am. They said was bad tire bit didn't have the right size to change, so I went to another tire place and received a better Tire in fact I bought three of them. They notice they are at that tire place that my rim was bent and it advised me to go back to terrific tire and ask them to replace it. When I called I was insulted by the young lady that answered the phone at terrific tire and I was told it was my fault because I drove on it. I only drove a block when I finally noticed my tire was flat. And then I pulled over not my fault not my tire. I then called the next day and spoke to the owner after several attempts the day before and being blown off. When I got on the phone with the owner he then instructed me as well it was my fault that it was bent because I wrote on the tire it was not my fault I did not write on that tire for very long because I did not expect it to be flat because I just paid for the new one. It's their responsibility they're very rude unprofessional and I'm appalled that he treated me like a stupid female I would not suggest this place I would definitely suggest Tire City read more

I went and bought new tires today at a place other than Terrific Tires. I feel bad about writing this review because I like the owner, who I believe is Steve. When I first moved here in 2011 he was recommended by a good friend. For several years I did business there and always dealt with him directly. Really nice guy. Then one day I had the misfortune of having to deal with his daughter. i had been given a quote on the tires by a guy in the bay area of the shop. When I went to pay, she quoted me a different, higher price. I told her that was different than what I was told. She started right in with an attitude and laid in on me with a bitchy tone of voice in an unprofessional manner. She than started to bitch about the employee and how her father was gonna go after him for quoting me the wrong price. I called and talked to Steve and told him I would not be back and that I was sorry for that but I never wanted to have to be in the same room with that young lady again.
