Now as nice as both of those things were, the food was not worth the circling back. The wrap was sloppily made, with my sauces running through the paper, and my fries weren't fully cooked. The cornbread waffle is the perfect texture and the perfect balance of sweet and savory. There is also a Belgian waffle which looks great but the cornbread waffle has me in a death grip. The tea reminds me of my grandmother's sweet tea. This place always feels like home. As I left the lunch specials were going up on the board, and I should have taken a picture to give you a feel for the other wonderful offerings. The space always has amazing art.
