AAA came to my residence and Mike ran diagnostic testing while working on my driveway floor. After removing trim panels and checking every fuse box,and switch inside and outside of the car, he found the problem and ordered the part. Once the part was received it was installed and everything was reassembled. While there he also changed my oil and filter. The repair cost was reasonable compared to the labor time it took to find and resolve the problem, remove all the needed trim panels and reassemble all the parts in a very professional manner. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

He claimed I "won the lottery" because there was supposedly no engine damage, despite the fact that a belt failure on a Honda V6 almost always results in the valves hitting the pistons. Being skeptical, I performed my own inspection. I had personally installed a new OEM Honda timing belt only four months ago and was confident in the work. When I pulled the top timing cover, I found the belt I installed was still perfectly intact. There was no evidence of a snapped belt, a seized water pump, or a failed pulley. I was charged over $1,100 for a timing belt replacement that clearly didn't happen. Based on the symptoms, I believe the actual issue was a simple fuel pump fuse--a repair that should have cost less than $200, including diagnostics. I have recommended Leasure automotive to over 100 people over the last 20 years because I believed he was honest and above board. I actually started working on my own cars in 1979 specifically because a mechanic ripped me off back then; it is a shame to see a shop I trusted for so long compromise their integrity like this. I am sharing this so others can be aware of my personal experience.

I was told even after replacing sensor, over $300 may not fix the issue as,after market catalytic convertor was installed. 2008 Honda Element. Did not fix that issue & my brakes are still to the floor almost. Seeing that I was just purchasing a new home this added expense was not welcomed! I would have been fine as,I knew the sensor was a gamble but the brakes they never fixed. If I didn't live an hour away I would have taken the car back after moving. Will never recommend them.
