They have a restroom, shower, and complimentary laundry facility while you stay. The park is walking distance to the beach - a huge bonus. They have a covered area to hang out in, and there has been a few small gatherings with music from other campers to end a great beach day. Everyone is respectful of quiet hours and each others belongings. We couldn't imagine our beach vacation anywhere else!

They have a nice laundry facility, game room, showers and restrooms. They had conveniently placed trash receptacles that were emptied in a timely matter daily. I like that we were just minutes from the activity on the island, yet we felt we were away from it all.....peaceful. There is an upper deck with lots of seating to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. We plan to go back again next year....

The beautiful towering Live Oaks gives it a nature feel and the trees are maintained well. Close to beaches without that sandy feel. Close to town within/ 10 minutes, of show,shopping,and excellent restaurants. I even had my groceries delivered out here from HEB( so you know it's close to town). The AT&T coverage, is 5 bars. The Wifi is over the top and not the usual spotting reception that is usually at RV parks. It is maintained with sprayers , every few weeks for bugs, the grounds are maintained by professional movers, so it kept top notched. As previous owners of a RV park, i know what to tune into, and i will proudly give Live Oak RV park a 5 start rating.

The park sits on 120 acres in the country, surrounded by a growing Pearland in the north and a growing Manvel all to the south. This little slice of heaven entertains many guests and is growing every year. The park is constantly adding and improving to be as nice as possible for their guests. It's definitely a get away and gives country vibes while also offering a short safe distance to many stores restaurants and the medical center. I 100% recommend.
