But they were charged 350... assuming it was a misunderstanding we paid because my parents needed to park so I could talk to the owner next day. Well I finally got to speak to one of the rudest people I've probably ever delt with, and he informed me that it's 50 a night and the weekly rate only applies if you stay more than 10 days... I said to him... I don't think a week means what you think it means, but he asked if I knew where he's been all day and I said... no, do you know where I have been all day? He yelled at me and hung up.... So anyways. Don't recommend staying here haha. The host was super nice but the owner informed me that he was going to bitch her out for not handling this herself and apparently he did because my wife got a text from her saying as such. Someone is there with them but does not keep an eye on them. My vehicle was all scratched up while there and the bottom of our camper was dug in by kids and the owners are well aware there is a problem with the kids but have done nothing to correct the issue. When talking with the owner again about moving out of rv park due to continual issues they said there is NOTHING we can do. Why continue giving our money to people who don't care who they rent to? We pay way too much much money for our vehicles and our 5th wheel to have kids banging scratching and touching all over our belongings. The spots are level, clean and the park is easy to navigate…read more It is obvious this KOA caters to long-term stays, which is fine, but it really makes the park look more like a trailer park and not a KOA holiday. They don't enforce their own rules....there were utility trailers parked a multiple sites, many with clutter and trash sitting outside and several that were severe eyesores. Not to mention, the site next to me had a dump truck full of trash. It smelled so bad it was coming into my trailer when it would open the door. I have stayed at many KOA's throughout the country and while on the surface this park looks nice, it is really lacking. There is a lot of deferred maintenance, the pool was cloudy and had large cracks in it and missing tiles, and the sites need a good pressure washing. The landscaping around main building was nice and trimmed but the sites and dog park are a different story. The dog park was unusable due to how high the grass was.....to their credit, when I brought it up, they sent someone out later that day to weed-eat. With the landscaping around the park being so overgrown, the mosquitoes were out of control. We couldn't even sit outside and enjoy the night because of this. The staff was nice and friendly and it is nice that the park is gated. Overall, I don't think we will return unless there is some serious work done.

Fellow RV owners beware at this park, we recently plugged in at site 18 on the 30 amp side and it…read moretook out the converter, refrigerator,microwave, and TV. Upon inspection we discovered the pole was wired incorrectly and had two feeds instead of one, the 30 amp outlet had a hot circuit on the Line side (which is ok) and it had a hot circuit on the Neutral (which is not ok, this should be a Neutral). At first the owner seemed concerned and had her electrician come out to the site, we hauled our RV in to the nearest repair center for an estimate/ repairs, two months later and $1,100.00 we finally got it out of the shop.
