The tree was supposed to be removed in next two weeks. I didn't hear from him. I called and left numerous messages over the next seven weeks, he never answered. I finally gave up and contacted another contractor. I now realize that he has done this to several customers I will try to contact him again for a refund, I don't expect an answer. I'm a senior citizen and was taken advantage of. Beware these people are out there, and will take advantage of you. This is sad. I will be contacting small claim court.

He'll give an excellent price and then want a deposit. If you give him a deposit you will never hear back from him again. Same story as the others here on Yelp; I gave him a $250 deposit and he never returned to do the work. I called and texted him for 3 weeks with no response. I wish it were worth it to take him to small claims court but it is not worth it, I guess he knows that. The least I can do is write a review to warn others to stay away from this con artist.

Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. The pricing was right on par to what we had expected. While he was here, we discussed future plans for our landscaping. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell us on anything. He was honest about the type of work he offers and offered to provide a quote for the mulching and left the door open for future work when we are ready to do it. Needless to say I have been really impressed and happy with him. He and his team were here this weekend to do the mulch work and it turned out fantastic. We highly recommend DCOS to everyone out there looking for your last landscaper. We are lucky to have his services in our area.
