I've been hitting this place during covid lockdown opened. It's a nice spot to get a manicure and pedicure without any drama. Yes, I said the drama word. Here, there are two ladies working and gentle music playing while they do their thing. It's a no fuss or games kind of place. Prior to covid, they used to offer drinks now they just do the job at hand, taking care of the nails. I'm a minimal type guy. Just trim, clean and buff. I was told some guys like nail polish and once I told them no thank you they never asked again. Like I said, no drama. I keep a running reservation for every three weeks. Every time they're perfect and my gel manicure lasts 4 weeks with no chipping. I only come every 4 weeks because they grow out enough that they look silly. Salon looks clean. The person who did my pedicure was very pleasant and relaxed. My toes and nails looked good when i left. The actual price for their services is more expensive than their price sheet because they charge you for a file and pumise for an additional $4. They tell you this when you are in the chair soaking. My biggest peeve was that they do not desinfect (chlorox or something like that) foot basins after use. They just use a soapy scrub and rinse. All utensils (clippers, etc) were open already; they do not open a sterilized pack right in front of you, like in many other places i had my nailsas t done. It left me with anxiety that i will get fungus or other infection. Needless to say, it wasn't a relaxing experience i hoped for. read more

I imagine that the technician just didn't have much practice, but it literally looks like I got them done in an alley in exchange for a dime bag of meth. On top of that, my fingers are super dirty with colored acrylic powder. In all honesty, if the girl had just told me that she isn't good at ombré I would have been fine with doing something else, but instead I have a bad manicure and I'm out $55. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in after calling and asking them if they did SNS nails. Over the phone, the lady said that they did and that they had over 100 colors to choose from. Which, hilarious, because I get there and they had a pink and white for French nails. THAT IS ALL. I was really needing a new set of nails due to a new job coming up, so I decided to do pink since it was a neutral color. THE WORST, I was basically correcting her through out the whole process. She obviously had no idea what she was doing to me. She started filing when it was too soon and had to start two nails ALL OVER, FOUR TIMES. I had glue all over the sides of my nails and when I told her she needed to do something about that, she said IT WOULD COME OFF WHEN I SHOWER.... lol, and she ended the process by sticking my hands under a UV light. When I asked her why I had never had that happen with SNS nails, she shrugged it off and made me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. By this time I had been there for 3 HOURS, so I scurried off and hoped for the best. The next day my nails had cracks and 3 days later, my nails began chipping. I was so upset so I went to have them fixed. I take care of my nails! I put gloves on when I clean, be sure to be careful what I put on my hands and never do anything too tolling (I am a personal banker..), but when I showed her my hands, it's like she had a sarcastic tone! She said that had never happened on any other client and asked me what I did.... I have gotten SNS nails corrected before, and they have to take the entire nail off, she only replaced the cracks. By the time she was done, it was 2 hours later, and the nails were obvious different colors where she corrected. I was so upset I just left without saying a word. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience. A day later, the "corrections" she made had cracks in them already. She said I could go back if it happened again, but I am not wasting my time or has ever again at this nail salon. read more
