Don't buy tesla - it is a fraud. Car breaks down easily, loses battery charge, depreciates 50% in less than 2 years

This shop is WONDERFUL !! They are friendly , they take their time , they don't charge you insane prices and take advantage of their customers ! Yes , it was my first time there but I will never take my car anywhere else ! It's very hard to fine a shop like this that does quality work and charges reasonable prices , fair prices !! They have my business for all my vehicle repairs and I will recommend them to everyone I know!! Larry's is the only place to bring your vehicle for repairs HANDS DOWN !! So happy I found them and I can walk there from my apartment!

I've been using them for the last 3 years. https://www.larrysautocarrepairshop.com/ I was told by a BMW store that I needed repairs regarding oil leaks and seals. Thank goodness I moved my car to Larry's for them to investigate. Gabriel just called me. He said they thoroughly examined my car and can not find any leaks. He said if anything, in 6-9 months or so, I probably will need brake pads but certainly not now. I just picked up my car and they didn't charge me a penny. Both Gabriel and Gary at Larry's Auto Service Center are honest, reliable and offer fair pricing.

It was a quick and easy process to retrieve my car and they were professional. Thankfully, I had my…read morevalid driver's license on me and my current paid-up registration in the glove compartment of the towed car. Taking a chance and parking illegally in Miami Beach is a bad, bad gamble. Your car WILL be towed. Unless you are planning to move your car in less than 10 minutes of illegal parking, you will have it towed for sure. Especially on a Saturday. So, take an Uber or the free trolley. Don't do as I did and park illegally after not finding parking after 20 minutes. Otherwise, you will pay to get the car back (Miami Beach residents get a discount) and also get a ticket from parking enforcement. Both. Beach Towing is just doing its job. I have no complaints about their service at their location. I take away 2 stars for 2 reasons: one, my car was scratched when I picked it up. Second, they don't have a bathroom. I asked someone working there if I could use the bathroom and he said, "The bathroom never works." I can go to the grocery store around the corner but the people working at Beach Towing shouldn't have to. A small issue is the extra $5 they charge (plus an extra $5 from the ATM) that don't show on the receipt. Pocket cash service fee? Not a big deal, though, considering this little bad decision cost me a lot more overall.

One star, and I wish I could give less…read more I understand towing companies deal with frustrated, upset customers -- it comes with the territory. What does not come with the territory is an employee calling my friend a homophobic slur (the f-word) while he was simply trying to retrieve his car. There is no version of "having a hard day" that justifies that language. None. You are running a business that customers are required to interact with, often during stressful moments, and your staff should be held to a basic standard of professionalism -- let alone basic human decency. I hope ownership takes this seriously and addresses it directly with the employee involved. Until then, I would strongly encourage anyone with a choice to take their business elsewhere.
