The dealerships wouldn't help because I had not bought a BMW OEM motor at over $600 (I bought a 3rd party motor that had an identical spec to the OEM motor for under $200). I contacted Joe's because, honestly, the name sounded like a local shop that wouldn't give me a run around. I was right. The gave me an appointment for that week. I waited in the shop while they installed the motor in under 1.5 hours and was on my way for under $200. So, BMW was going to charge me over $1,000 for parts/labor. They looked them over and told me "I'd love to sell you 4 tires, but you really don't need them all replaced. I can't in good conscience sell you the back ones. You only need the front ones, that's all I will sell you." They could have gotten an easy additional sale, but they chose honesty. And I have had this type of honesty on several occasions.
