Checked with our local GS dealer in the Sacramento, CA, area and was cited a purchase price. The dealership wouldn't negotiate and literally laughed at our offer, which was reasonable, based on my knowledge of the markup on these units (which I had determined during my research). I was directed by other GS owners to TONY'S RVs and called Tony. Told him what I wanted and he called me back 15 minutes later with a price $9,000 below what our local dealer had quoted. Because we were coming from "out of the area" Tony insisted we spend the night on his lot in the trailer (with full hookups).to make sure everything was okay. I am glad I discovered Tony's in Bryan, Ohio. They had a good selection of the Vintage models we liked best. The were very easy to work with, took care of the details and when I "lost" a hubcap on the way home (they sent me a new one) ! There was also a small glitch with the furnace - Tom found a place in Phoenix area to look at it and make the minor repair. I had to pay $67 but Tony told me to send him the receipt and he would reimburse me ! These guys (and gals) are STAND UP people. I took my boat to another Marina after the…read morehorrible treatment I received as a customer but after this place "fixed' my boat for basically the same thing two other times and the repair couldn't even get me through a season, I took to a reputable marina for the same problem that I had in the past. They called me up shortly and told me that the impeller was improperly replaced and some components were out in backwards causing it to malfunction and overheat. This response didn't really surprise me. Even the bad customer service is now reinforced by shoddy craftsmanship. Stay clear of this marina unless you want to be treated badly and have work improperly performed.
