We like this location because the several times we've been here, it's never full nor busy. Charging also seems to be faster than other Tesla Supercharger locations in the SFV. This is the first time we are at this location on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 4:25pm and there are still more than 8 spaces available for charging. When we are around the area we prefer this Supecharger location than the one in Northridge.

Apparently…read moreAAA makes the tech check the battery every time they come even though the first tech stated the battery needs a change. The first tech from west hills towing company straight up lies to customers saying the battery is either chargeable or replaceable when he doesn't have the jurisdiction to do so. So he doesn't charge my battery that apparently needs to be charged and he sets up a next day battery delivery and installation without telling me what time it is. He just said to call AAA in the afternoon which I'm glad I didn't listen to him because he scheduled it at 10am when I had something going on. The 2nd tech comes the next day and demands paperwork from AAA that the battery is under warranty when this was never discussed previous day or by AAA. He checks my battery and said it's good. I called AAA to verify and they reported from previous day that my battery report was "good and no issues" so why did the first tech said it needed to be recharged or replaced? It will forever be a mystery. The funny part is this company loves to hide its tracks because they conveniently "don't have any documentation of the tech coming out the previous day". My fault for trusting the system. I should have asked for all the documentation from the beginning. Don't even bother with this disorganized dishonest company. On top of it they charge $100 for labor. Thanks west hills towing company for wasting my time and not fixing the problem.

She rang up my one item, never putting the phone down; she never said "Thank you" and didn't even offer me a receipt. I try to shop at brick-and mortar stores as much as possible, but, if an employee can't even utter the words "Thank you" or even "Hello," I'll shop somewhere else. Right away one of their driver called me and told me he was 10 minutes away when the AAA app showed me it would take 45 minutes. He drove around the parking lot and found my sister in the Vineyard Porter Ranch. After confirming I was a AAA member, he changed out her blown tire with the spare tire. We signed the release for them to allow insurance to pick it up. Now over a month later they are still refusing to release it. This is holding up our payout for the car. Ruby lies and says she never spoke to them( we have call logs) Ben doesn't answer. Ryan is a mansplaining POS that also isn't telling the truth. We have received a lien notice and threats to sue. The car belongs to our insurance now so good luck with that. AVOID this place like the plague.

I called AAA the third time and finally they sent Ray who came out and got it done with a smile on his face and with a great attitude. I can't say enough about how pleasant Ray was and he crawled under my truck, removed the tire and changed it with a smile on his face! He is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I couldn't recommend him more. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
