My step daughters Kia had locked up on the hightway, spun out of control and off of the median into some woods and swampy water. She took out a lot of tree's one fell on top of the car! They worked very hard to get it out and never let up.. it was not an easy job because the car was so deep into the woods, almost angled downwards into a mucky ditch. We didnt get home until 4am. We had been waiting for insurance claims who has not been getting back w us regarding if someone was going to go out and look at it to tell us if the car was totaled or not... It ended up sitting there for 3 weeks! because insurance had dropped the ball big! so I started contacting lawyers for help and Ormond is an hour away from where we live also so it was all a mess. I was freaking out worried how much the bill was racking up too at this point and had been speaking to Ruby and Joe, who had helped me a lot and were very patient with the situation. They worked with me through the whole ordeal and were very helpful and kind. It is greatly appreciated as this whole situation was and still is crazy. I would definitley use them again!
