We contacted him to replace a broken AC unit after an incident in a mislabeled parking garage. He finished that job so impressively fast (about an hour) and then went on to help us patch our roof (we hadn't even noticed the tears until he pointed them out), clean paint off our skylight, seal hidden roof leaks we never would've known about ourselves, inspect our propane system and appliances, install a new kitchen sink (with the perfect adapter already in his truck), remove an expired propane alarm (which we assumed was working) and taught us how to replace it. He also confirmed our generator was in great shape and gave us helpful advice for future upgrades to our camper. Throughout the visit, Matt explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and which products he recommends, even showing us how to make future repairs on our own. He was efficient, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work, especially when installing our new Furrion Chill Cube, which he had studied in depth through recent specialized training.
