Not only that, there was a backup to get to the pumps. For a quick stop, I had to wait longer than anticipated. I had no intention to go inside, I just wanted to pump and go. Finally get to a pump and felt like I almost got blocked in because of the mass confusion going on in the lot. Since it would not start with my plug-in battery charger, I decided to contact AAA for a towing service. As I requested the service online, I learned that AAA also had a separate group with special battery technical experts. Rodney, the AAA technical expert, showed up within half hour at my house and promptly diagnosed the problems. Unlike other cars, the battery for my Audi was in the trunk hidden under the spare tire. Rodney knew what to do right away and accessed the dead battery quickly. With his mobile app he showed me that my Audi car battery would not charge but the alternator was working fine. To my surprise, his truck also carried all different types of batteries including my car's type of battery which the Battery Plus store did not carry per my earlier inquiry with them. Rodney was courteous, efficient and professional. He made sure that the replacement battery worked before he closed up everything. His work saved me from towing the car to the shop and all the extra hassles. Furthermore the new AAA car battery has a 3 year replacement warranty.
