I don't know what the relation was to the actual Circle K as the uniform was different. One of the crew was on her cellphone cursing, yelling about getting a gun..idk let's just say was less than professional. There is a quick grill section, we didn't try the food, so I cannot give an opinion on. The place is very well stocked with a lot of drink options, but they layout of the store lacks a user friendly feel. The positive note of the store is it offers self checkout, with an option to even purchase your fuel.

La La Land was a gorgeous home and we would definitely stay at this unit again. Unfortunately, our most recent stay included several service and maintenance issues that impacted the experience. While the staff was courteous, response times were challenging when problems arose. The most significant issue occurred on our final night when multiple fire alarms sounded in our unit for an extended period of time while we were traveling with an infant and toddler. Because maintenance was not immediately available on-site, it took quite some time to resolve the situation. I truly believe our experience would have been very different had maintenance personnel been available on the property to respond more quickly to urgent issues. For a resort of this size and caliber, having faster on-site maintenance support would greatly improve the guest experience and help prevent minor issues from becoming major disruptions. Cinnamon Shore has so much potential to provide an exceptional vacation experience, and I hope management continues investing in the operational side of the resort to match the beauty of the property itself.

My family owned a home here for over 10 years, and honestly, after this experience, I'm relieved we no longer do. It's disgusting to see how loyal residents and vacationers are treated now. Cinnamon Shore seems to think they can do whatever they want and treat people like second-class citizens. To make matters worse, the house we stayed in had cockroaches, which was already unacceptable considering the cost of staying here. Larry and Juan from courtesy patrol then approached and harassed my family over an investigation that none of us were involved in. During the interaction, they were taking photos of me and my family, which made us extremely uncomfortable. When I confronted them about it, Larry responded with, "You're not that sweet, sweetheart," before they became even more disrespectful and unprofessional, eventually calling me and my sister "f***ing ret*rds." What makes this even more disturbing is that I have the entire interaction recorded. I have special needs family members, so hearing that kind of language was beyond offensive and unacceptable. No guest, resident, or homeowner should ever be treated this way, especially by staff or security personnel who are supposed to make people feel safe. After being a loyal guest and homeowner family since 2009, I am honestly shocked and disgusted by the level of harassment, disrespect, and overall experience my family had.

I reported to the front desk, and the young lady offered me a shower in another room the next morning. I felt paranoid and uncomfortable all night, concerned about bugs. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk personnel again, who gave me the key to 212 for my family to shower. I appreciate the gesture, but I am deeply upset that I paid for a room that was unclean and not satisfactory. I emailed the general manager on 12/27/2024 but received no response. I followed up with another email today. This was not a good experience.

The room had a mini kitchen with a stove and fridge. The room also had plates and cups. They allow dogs. They charge $20 per dog. It's worth it your traveling with your pets. They have a doggy potty area out back by the parking lot. Pool: small. I didn't use it, so I can't say much for it. Breakfast: The breakfast is continental. I'm used to the waffles and this time they didn't have them. I am not sure if it is due to the pandemic. They did have scrambled eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns/tater tots for the hot portion. There are 12 V3 stalls (250kW max) and non-Teslas are able to charge as well with NACS adapters. The area is clean and very open. Most of the stalls were occupied when we arrived around 12:30 in the afternoon on Christmas Eve, but no wait for us. Speeds were good and it looked like all the stalls were operational.
