I checked them in Corpus and Portland for two of my three days here, and they always had a 2&1/2 hour wait. They suggested I make an appointment on line which I did for 4 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and got in line as if I had not made an appointment with no signage or indication as what to do if you had a reservation??? They told me they used to have a separate line for reservations but no longer do. I am not sure if there is any advantage to having a reservation??? They told me it put you ahead of other people in line. I did like that they had a cooler full of bottled waters as it was a hot day and it was much appreciated. My service advisor was courteous and friendly. The concept, pricing and selection for Discount Tire is a good , however, they have grown to the point that there is almost always a 2 or more hour wait no matter where you go. I would tell them BUILD MORE STORES. I was told I should be done by 5pm. It is 5pm and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Has not yet moved. It did about 5:10 and the were done quickly. The technician came over and asked if the pressure he had set was ok. I sled him to go up a bit and he smiled and went back to it. So overall if they could work out the appointment issue I would rate them 5 stars.

I was offered a drink several times while I waited, and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The sales staff were attentive and professional, treating everyone who came in to finalize their vehicle purchase or service. My service was also completed in less time than originally quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus I just like my CX90. Mazda in general has been great.
