Warning to other businesses / auto shops purchasing batteries from Greentec . We purchased 3 hybrid…read morebatteries packs from them on 3 separate occasions, and was charged $500 per battery for the core (refundable upon return of the failed battery pack) . On all 3 occasions , the company never refunded the core credits back to our credit card . It took months of being bounced around, told to call this person and that person in different departments to finally get our money back . We wasted so much time chasing the (3) $500 core credits to get back it was ridiculous. Even after dropping the old battery pack to the shop directly, the worker said he would contact the office to take care of it , and nothing ever happened on all occasions . Back to wasting more time calling and calling, emailing back and forth . It appears this business may have cash flow problems and they hope you forget and nobody notices the $500 per battery credit is ever issued . So we chose not to deal with this company anymore and advised our peers at other shops to be very cautious with them .
