Machines that never recognize your membership, causing $50 hold charge and billing at full price. 3. People who disappear into the mall and hold up the line. 4. LOTS of trash on the ground. Mostly drink cups and food packaging. 5. Always someone who's on the phone with EA and nearly crying because their car won't connect. 6. Always someone who thinks they are the mayor of the block. Monitoring the line and in your business. 7. Always someone who thinks charging EVs is a team sport - like, you're obligated to help them figure it out. Functional, at best. Francisco arrived right on time and did his assessment and noticed the breaker was tripped - tenant missed it. There was no discussion with me about the issue or what the price would be to repair, he just flipped the breaker, tightened it a bit, and then checked the outlets. They worked. Great. Then he said the cost was the "standard service fee" which was NEVER SHARED at any point in our interactions. $225. TO FLIP A SWITCH. It is fine to have a service fee just for showing up, but that wasn't the case here. I scheduled a free assessment - there MUST be communication and agreement on next steps. At worst I feel scammed. At best I feel taken advantage of. Will never hire this company again and I do not recommend.

He listened carefully, quickly understood what had happened, and explained the problem and solution clearly. George was the technician who came out, and he was quick, professional, friendly, and efficient. He did an excellent job getting my EV working again. This is an honest and reliable business with great prices and excellent customer service. I'm genuinely grateful for their help, and I will absolutely call them again if I have any EV battery issues or need emergency roadside assistance. If you drive an EV in the Las Vegas area, I highly recommend saving their number and calling them first!

There are 16 Supercharger stalls at this location, and only 4 occupied stalls when I arrived. So even with my terrible ability to reverse into a parking space for one of the superchargers, I didn't feel excessive anxiety for not parking perfectly within the lines. Since it was late at night and the location not super well lit, the vicinity appears to be clean, besides the overflowing trash can closest to where I parked. So the property owner could have hired clean up crews to tidy up the area more frequently, but as long as the electrons are cheap and there are plenty of unoccupied chargers This area is not well lit at night, as stated by other Yelpers. But felt relatively safe with a few other Teslas charging here. Also felt like I was able to charge up to 80% quicker here, or it might have been the battery getting optimized for charging since leaving from my last position. 2 thumbs up for offering plenty of available chargers at the lowest price per kWh in the surround 15 miles. If I am not in a rush, I would stop by here to charge up for the week, even if it will be a slight detour from my normal route home or a dedicated destination to charge before the battery gets too close to the 20% minimum limit I follow to optimize battery life. Uneventful charging sessions is never overrated.
