I had to contact Support as I was having difficulties with initializing. They helped me get my charging going and ensured everything was OK before they hung up with me. My only complaint is that there's only one station to charge with at this location. Hopefully they'll get more. One thing to note is that although the address is to the YMCA, the charging station is located on the first floor of the parking garage behind the YMCA. Take note of that if you come here to use the station. I will be back. This place is very convenient to get to.

We had looked at a place on Arnold AFB, but at the time it was government shutdown and so there was no chance of that happening. It would have been interesting to stay the night there though. So we went into town, and looked around at various places. The Best Western was the best fit for us, so that is where we went. Check in was an easy process, no issues there, and the room was clean and appropriate. Pricing was good, particularly since they honored a price I had been set by another vendor. We slept well, and glory unto glory, the shower had a decent shower head in it that allowed for a proper shower, not one of these rain shower heads that are absolute garbage in my book. If we were to ever come through this area again, we would absolutely consider the Best Western.

As we walked in there were plenty of unpleasant surprises. Including spiderwebs in the corner of the ceiling, the air vent being full of suspicious solids including hair maybe? Cocoons?? Bugs??? Who knows. The couch was dirty and hideous, the floors and toilet were dirty, and there a very weird stale smell wafting through the air. The cherry on top of the awful room was the straight-from-a-horror-film exposed brick cut-outs in the wall. However, onto the only positive of the stay: Karen at reception. She was so kind to my mom during her first stay at this hotel, and this visit too she was patient, kind, and empathetic. If you do stay at this hotel, make sure to try and look for Karen at the front desk. She was the one thing that made this experience somewhat enjoyable. If you choose to stay at this property, be sure to check your room before you unload all of your belongings.

I'm happy that there are more and more superchargers being installed throughout TN, especially Nashville area. They all work but one or two that is out of order. Two of the units are assessable on each side. The charging rate here when I came was only $.27. It's in the parking lot of a huge shopping center with lots of restaurants and shopping. They're also hotels around. It's very well lit up at night and I felt safe and secure while using the charger. They should add a garbage bin over here although there's no trash laying around as very much I feel there would be better serviced if they had a garbage bin somewhere nearby. It's out in the open. There are no shade trees or nothing and it is in the back corner of the target parking lot alongside Longhorn steakhouse and kind of in front of Sheraton hotel. This location is open 24 hours in accessible not far from the highway.

There is a small antique market beside the chargers if you come during the day, it'd be interesting to look through, but I came around 10 PM so nothing is open. It looks like a pretty remote but safe area and it is not too far off the interstate I just wish places like this would keep a garbage bin outside, but the area is Clean and neat.
