My husband and I went back the next day to replace the battery, since both of us assumed that was the issue. No such luck. It still would not start. Now mind you, my car is 16 years old with over 140,000 miles on it, so the list of possible issues is long at this point. I went on Google to try to find a mobile mechanic who could come and take a look at it. I saw this place had a high rating amd great reviews, so I called the number listed. A very friendly voice belonging to Brian (the owner & mechanic) answered the phone and said he could come and take a look at it that evening. Because his other call took up that whole day, I told him he could just meet me the following morning. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would be there, and within 2 minutes of examining my car, he knew that the problem was my starter. He was able to fix it temporarily enough for me to drive the car home. He went to buy the parts and met me at my home later that same day to replace the starter. When he told me the final price of everything, I was shocked...in a good way! The cost was much much less than what I was fearing I would owe when it was all said and done. How refreshing in today's world to not have someone try to rip you off! He also did not try to upsell me on parts I didn't need, which is a rare find in an auto mechanic. Overall, I was so impressed with Brian's knowledge, his friendly demeanor, sincerity, and I could tell he really cares about helping his customers. I brought my 1959 Cadillac to Jake at Done Right to address several leaks and to get the AC in…read moreworking order. After roughly three and a half weeks at his shop, Jake tried to return the car to me in far worse condition than when I left it with him. Jake and his guys managed to scratch and damage both inner wheel wells under the hood, scratch the painted glove box, and left the interior of the car completely filthy. At that point, I should have taken my car elsewhere to correct the damage he had done instead of leaving it with him longer to fix. Sure enough, he repainted the wheel wells (looks worse now), he sent my glove box panel to his guy Cody at Pristine Shine detailing which also looks far worse than it did even with the scratch on it. Aside from the damage to the car, the AC duct work was never properly reinstalled, and the car had a stutter under throttle which was new since he did the work. It wouldn't have been so bad if Jake didn't have an excuse for all the damage I found to my car. He had no interest in taking ownership of the damage caused and addressing it properly. I will take some responsibility, I should have known better after seeing his operation and the condition of his shop. The shop itself is disgusting, he has teenagers doing most of the work it looks like. When I went to finally pick up my car he has kids running around the shop and my car like a playground, at that point I just wanted to get my car out of there before he could do more damage to it. I fully expect to take the car to someone capable to fix the damage Jake already tried to fix. I would implore you to find service for your car elsewhere. No consideration or care was given to my car while it was in Jake's hands, I'm sure there are plenty of other options in St. George that will actually take care of trying to return it to you damaged in disgusting condition. Hopefully my lesson helps you steer clear of Done Right.

EXCUSE ME, I meant *line by line: 1. The 15 minutes call could have been a lot quicker if I ya'll could tell me what is included in that inspection. I dont think ya'll could have given a straight answer if your lives depended on it! 2. I was not comfortable paying the entire bill when I couldn't get a straight answer of what I was exactly paying for. However, I offered to pay half the night before and half after the work was finished. 3. If you recall, the whole point in getting a mobile mechanic was because I just started a job and I had a meeting in the morning with my director. Which I was very clear on calling ya'll back ASAP after the meeting. Ya'll agreed and decided to make the appt and set expectations that the work would be done. Saving best for last! 4. From when our initial ETA was provided (30-60 min), first guy from Woodies Towing called and said 20 min (never came), and second guy called 10 min later with ETA 35 min. In total it took just over an hour. It was confusing why they'd sent two trucks but I figured at least one will show up and I was right. Although I had provided info over the phone where we were, what road we were on, what direction we were facing, and what car we were in, the tow driver still had a hard time finding us despite we were the only ones on the shoulder with our hazards on. His English and comprehension were not very good. But the experience from his arrival to delivery of the car to the shop was stellar. He was very polite and customer oriented. 1 star for the first half of the experience and 5 stars for the second. Perhaps a second phone call explaining why the first tow driver wasn't coming - would have raised my review.
