My Phillip Stein watch was running slow so I took it in for a new battery. After fiddling around with my watch for 20 minutes the clerk said I don't know what the problem is and that in put in a new battery but now it will not work at all. Keep in mind that my watch was running but just slow. He advised I take it to a watch repair. I did and explained what happened. She said that the clerk at the battery store may have touched a wire that he shouldn't have. She tried to fix the watch but couldn't and would have to send the watch to be repaired and it was going to cost $350.00. The clerk at the battery store broke my watch and I get to pay to undo the damage. My advice is if you have a inexpensive watch that can be easily replaced then knock your socks off. But if you have an expensive watch you should avoid this store like the plague. I am so disappointed with this store that I wish I could give it zero stars. read more

I needed a battery charger for a mobility scooter I was helping someone out with. They were able to help me out and had one in stock for a great price. As far as their batteries for these types of devices the manufacturers recommend MK batteries only. That goes for any battery store not just this business. The Interstate All Battery Center is super friendly, convenient, and their store is super clean. I really appreciate having them there. There are a lot of people coming and going out of this store so they must offer quite a lot. I am definitely going to try them for any odd battery needs I have. I never thought of them for hard to find batteries before like some unique batteries for our toddler's bike lights and toys. Our charger came with a 30 day warranty and is working great! read more

had a fantastic experience at this location. after multiple walmart batteries that only last about a year and a half in the az heat, I bought an interstate - 2 years ago. Started having issues with it at the 2 year mark and figured since I didn't have the receipt I was just going to have to buy another. Called the guys at interstate, they looked me up in their system, told me my battery was a couple days past the warranty... but they would replace it for free! That speaks volumes about a place. They could have rightfully charged me full pop for a new one but they honored their warranty anyway. I am a customer for life! read more

Oh yea... checked out the flashlight that cost 260.00. Um needs batteries. Not as bright as the sun. So I will not be purchasing it. Called to see if they had a certain battery the guy says yes come down Will be ready. So I picked it up and it was wrong one then I took it back. Got money back he tried to give me another one I said no it should have been right the first time. Well I am ok with it I guess. Can't expect every thing to be perfect. I have had to replace the Interstate batteries on my mobility scooter at least once every 3-4 months since I bought them over a year ago. They did warranty them once, but they still only lasted 3 months, and then they gave us grief about any further warranty. So, we paid extra for what was supposed to be an upgraded battery, and when I looked at my comparison pictures, they just replaced them with the same batteries. I had a cracked screen on my Android Turbo which they didnt have the glass for but found it at a neighboring store and quickly got it to complete my repair. It was done in a timely manner and the repair made the phone LOOK like new. Leaving the store the clerk assured me the $230. dollar repair came with a "Complete 90 day Guarantee". Playing it safe right away I had a glass screen protector installed to keep my new investment protected but when that protector was being installed the simple pressure of applying it broke the new screen and surprisingly that complete guarantee disappeared when it was needed the most. There was a cheesy offer to give me half off the labor cost but irepair wanted me to pay full retail to replace the glass again so its my opinion that the glass installed was less than OEM and probably not the best quality to break with such a simple procedure so the "Complete Guarantee" sucked. In short I was left feeling kind of shafted on what they called a "Complete 90 day Guarantee". BEWARE........ things arent always what they seem. read more
