Decent customer service, horrible car selection. Sorry. Maybe horrible is harsh but I'm done with enterprise after two cars. Hyundai and Nissan, both sold 2-3 years old at the time and sold way higher than they're worth. Yes they have to turn a profit, but these are not great cars. The first one just had a horrible body that always crunched and got caught. I learned never to buy Hyundai's after that car. In fact it got totaled because the body is made so cheaply. They also get stolen the most of any make, which thankfully didn't happen. Next was Nissan which while a good car, I learned Nissan's have very low resale value. I learned this after times were tough and I couldn't make payments on this used new car which I still have to pay for. No I never planned to opt out of payments or buy a car I couldn't afford (they actually sold it to me above the price range I specifically requested but I needed a car for work). But my bank only works with Enterprise for some reason as far as used cars go. The new cars are not smart but annoying, and it's a nuisance trying to park them, so I am stuck paying for this. Which would be fine if not for the fact that, off the lot, I already sunk $8,000 I'll never get back. Only learned that months later off Kelly Bluebook. That's what I mean by loses value. The salesman tried to sell me an SUV for no reason whatsoever before I got this one which was pretty disrespectful honestly, I do not like to be upsold products I'll be stuck paying 5 figures for, especially when I said repeatedly exactly what I could afford and that was even higher than this current Nissan sedan. I'm a small single female with no family and absolutely nothing to make me need an SUV. I bring that up because that point made me rethink about anything they're selling of quality if they're just at the point of hawking off anything to whoever might wanna buy it. Finally my current contraption came with no user manual. Anywhere. If you're looking for a used, literally just get used. Anything they sell here is going to beep at you nonstop and not worth any upgraded feature. I can back my car up without a camera, thanks. read more

As a formerly loyal Enterprise customer who purchased 3 cars in under 2 months, this experience has been terrible. Zero stars would be more appropriate. The car had pre-existing issues upon purchase, yet Enterprise expected us to transport it for repairs while insisting our 7-day return window began immediately. This unfairly reduced our trial period and placed their problems on us. During our April 19 test drive, we discovered functional issues but proceeded based on promises of quick repairs. When I followed up on the 21st, the earliest appointment was May 9--after our return period expired. Enterprise unreasonably required us to deliver the vehicle to Sacramento (a 6-hour round trip) despite these being pre-existing problems. When they suggested the closer Mercedes-Benz San Jose dealership, they only agreed to fix one issue while dismissing others as normal for used cars--despite buttons on the same panel working differently. I never received appointment information. Despite our cooperation, Enterprise refused to adjust the 7-day return policy, meaning repairs would consume most of our testing period. This arrangement shifted all risks and inconveniences to us. If the repair takes more than 7 days, what can the customer do? We lose the right to return the product, and there's no guarantee it'll even be fixed. Even if it's within 7 days, the shop uses "preexisting problems" as an excuse to cut into the customer's rightful 7-day return window. If the customer doesn't realize it in time, fine--but if they point it out, the shop sternly refuses. At its core, this shop wants customers to handle transporting the vehicle for repairs and drastically reduce their 7-day return period. They don't care about customers at all--only their own profit. They'll just take advantage of you. If you think you're lucky and don't mind taking the risk, then go ahead and try your luck. --- The below response is just for show. i made complaints a few times. no any enterprise third party customer service has contacted me. In the end, I returned the car and was charged $200 for issues that were their fault. If you're okay with losing money and potentially being defrauded, feel free to visit this office. read more

Rented a car from this location for the first time and had a great experience. I'm used to getting rentals out of airports so wasn't aware these locations go through a whole check in process so prepare to take an extra 15-20 minutes waiting to get a car and speaking with a rep. Overall the customer service was great and they make sure to walk the car to ensure nothing is wrong with it. While waiting for the Enterprise shuttle to take us home, my son wanted to kill time by looking at the Electronic Vehicles (EV) for sale at the Enterprise Car Sales located next door to the rental office (my son is fascinated by the technology involved in constructing electronic vehicles). Amid looking at a Chevy Spark EV, we were warmly greeted by a sales consultant by the name of Juliana. Because we were only looking and not interested in purchasing, I explained to Juliana that I recently purchased a vehicle and that my son merely wanted to browse their selection of EVs. Instead of simply walking away, Juliana proceeded to explain at an elementary level how the charging process worked for EVs and showed us key features of the car. She even showed us a Ford Fusion Plug-In Hybrid that had both a gas tank and an outlet for charging. Juliana explained to my son that if fully charged, the vehicle will run on power if its fuel levels are low (you learn something new every day). Although we were not in the market for a new car, I greatly appreciate Juliana for going the extra mile and showing us around the lot. My son was impressed by the impromptu tutorial and can't stop talking about the Chevy Spark. We drove the car and it was abnormally loud and the ac was pumping old cigarette smell.
