The option to drop off early is great. In & out! The windshield was repaired slightly earlier and I was given a heads up while waiting in the clean lobby. Great service reps. I am impressed by Tesla's unmatched overall service and product. Hoping the windshield repair becomes mobile soon.

Vroom, vroom, vroom... goes the Tesla. Does anyone actually ever enjoy car shopping?? it's a hassle, it's time consuming, and if you've done it in the past, you know that you have questions your own sanity during the entire process. Test driving the Tesla was an interesting experience. I arrived for my scheduled appointment, checked in, and was given a cell phone to start my car. No instructions, no help, and no one accompanied me from my drive about town. Truly an interesting start to test driving. Tesla's business platform in years past has always been not to have a show room and everything was ordered online. With the boom in the market for them, they now have locations available for test driving. They've also done this to comply with the strict California laws. I personally for one greatly appreciate that . I can't fathom purchasing a vehicle online without the scratch and sniff test. OK, no scratches just the ability to feel how comfortable it is on the road etc. If you have a Tesla, and you love it, congratulations. If you don't, and you're considering purchasing one, I would encourage you to shop the EV market more thoroughly. When I arrived back from my test drive, a pseudo- salesman came over to collect the phone, and proceeded to ask me which model I wanted to buy. The very first question I asked, was the difference between the highest and model that I was looking at, versus the lowest and model and the delivery schedule. he summed it up nicely in two sentences. All the cars are the same. The difference in the vehicles really has to do with the added internal amenities, outside of the gulled wing doors on the model that I was looking at. Basically, it's the same car with different clothes on. They all drive the same, and they are all built the same. If you're looking for a vehicle, you know the drill. Shop the market. I personally did not find the level of assistance in the show room to be helpful on any level. In fact, just some extent, I found the few people that I interacted with to be rather offputting and perhaps even rude. Checking in to test drive the car , there's no one to greet you and show you exactly where you need to go. Instead people point fingers and push you off on someone else, who in turn, does the same thing. They truly don't care if you want to purchase a vehicle or not. Perhaps it's because they have flooded the market and sales don't matter. The driveway to the show room is difficult to get into since they're located on Arden Way, and traffic is forever present on that street at all times of the day and night. The car is not complicated to drive, but you do need to be tech savvy to some extent. If you are not adaptable, this really is not the car for you.

This location has such nice and friendly staff! We on a demo drive for the New Model Y, ( im looking for a new vehicle) it went amazing. Tesla advisor let me know the breakdown of everything, the different types of models and features as well as customization. My only concern is that parking was difficult because they don't really have a lot of parking for guest/ visitors so be sure to be on the lookout as soon as a spot is available. Overall my day was good and I will be back soon to make my official purchase. The newly designed model 3 was nice !! Glad I was able to check out both models

I am surprised that they have such low reviews . I was hesitant to visit this location because of the reviews but I am happy that I did . The store itself is clean and well maintained. Service is good . The easiest car buying process we have ever had . So easy we decided to get a 3 and a Y. I recommend them . Thank you to the store manager , Pedro and Dimitri.

Went in and got helped right away by Jay and he gave us extraordinary service. Came out an hour later with a new car as well!!! Thanks Jay your the best man!!!!

Hi Roman, I'm going…read moreto respectfully disagree with your response because we never even got to the point of sitting down to complete paperwork or process payment. The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership. I also have photos and videos documenting the warning messages and condition of the vehicle during the test drives. I wish you and your team the best moving forward.

I scheduled my service appointment for 9:00 AM, but my Service Advisor, Matt, did not meet with me until approximately 9:45 AM. While he was very helpful during our discussion, I was quoted about an hour (possibly a little longer) for the completion of the service. By 11:30 AM, my vehicle was still not finished, and I had to ask the cashier to follow up with Matt for an updated ETA because he was assisting another customer. At approximately 12:00 PM, Matt apologized and explained that there was only one technician handling oil changes that day. He then advised me the vehicle would be ready in another 15 minutes; however, the service was not completed until around 12:30 PM. In total, I spent approximately 3.5 hours at the service center for a Service A appointment, which I find completely unacceptable, especially given the originally quoted timeframe. I understand unexpected delays can happen, but better communication and time management would have greatly improved the experience.

I brought my BMW to Niello specifically because they were running a $450 battery replacement…read morespecial. Otherwise, I likely would have gone elsewhere. The communication was confusing from the beginning. The battery was the primary reason my car was there, yet after drop-off I started receiving messages about an oil change, inspection, filters and other maintenance items and had to clarify again why the vehicle was actually there. The work was completed and I was eventually told my car was "all set." I had been out of town for the week and had already told my service advisor, Zahan, that I would be back over the weekend. I returned Saturday night. On Sunday, I called because I needed the completed car for work Monday morning. I knew Service was closed. I was not asking anyone to perform service. I had a spare key and was willing to pay immediately by card or cash. John was helpful and actually checked for the key. Jared later told me that "sales, service, and parts are their own separate things." That statement pretty much sums up the problem. I then spoke with William, the sales manager on duty. To his credit, he initially went to ask questions. But when I offered to bring cash because he said he could not accept Service payment, he told me I was an "excellent salesperson." Later, when I questioned why Sales could accept payment to sell a vehicle but could not help accept payment to release my completed vehicle, he said, "I'm sure you can talk me into saying yes to just about anything." I wasn't trying to sell anybody anything. I was simply trying to get my own car back. I offered a spare key, card payment, cash, and asked whether Service management could be contacted. Instead, the conversation became focused on why the departments were separate. There may have been a legitimate policy reason the vehicle could not be released Sunday. I can accept that. What I cannot accept is a dealership operating like Sales, Service and Parts are separate companies instead of one business responsible for its customer. I did not leave my BMW with "Service." I left it with Niello BMW Sacramento. And if this is how the Sales Department treats someone who came in as a Service customer, why would I ever want to buy my next vehicle from them? A service customer today can easily be a sales customer tomorrow. This experience did the opposite of building that relationship.

Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. However, they MANDATE an extra $2,000-$2,500 fee on top of the advertised price for "VIN Stamping and a LoJack anti-theft system." They they install these on every vehicle before listing for sale and claim that the VIN stamping is legally required. What they don't mention is that while California law requires them to OFFER it, California Vehicle Code § 24020 explicitly gives the buyer the right to DECLINE IT. I requested both the LoJack and VIN stamping be removed because I didn't want either. The manager flat-out refused to sell the truck without them. During our conversation, I got the manager to admit that the VIN stamping only costs them $259. Knowing that a LoJack activation typically runs about $500, they are charging nearly $1,900 in pure, unadulterated markup just to pad their pockets. They are using these "fees" to falsely lower their advertised price online, then forcing you to pay the real price at the desk. If you show up with cash and refuse to be ripped off, they will walk away from the deal. For anyone reading this, know your rights. This dealership is actively violating multiple California consumer protection laws: California Vehicle Code § 24020: Violates your legal right to decline catalytic converter VIN etching. The Car Buyer's Bill of Rights (AB 68 / Civil Code §§ 2982 & 2982.2): Requires a separate, explicit written disclosure of add-on costs and prohibits adding products without express written consent. California SB 478 (The Anti-Junk Fee Law): Outlaws advertising one price and forcing mandatory hidden fees later. Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 (CLRA) & Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200: Prohibits deceptive misrepresentations and illegal "tying" arrangements. They deliberately avoid putting these items in text messages and emails because they don't want a paper trail of their illegal mandates. They solely prey upon people who don't do their research, the financially illiterate, or buyers who get too emotionally attached to a car to walk away. If this dealership has done this to you, do not just leave a bad review--report them officially to the California DMV Investigations Division, the CA Attorney General, and the FTC. Take your hard-earned money somewhere that isn't putting profits over people. Steer clear.
