Good location. Right near restaurants, restrooms, along with being a fast charging station.

This Tesla station is super small compared to others, with only six stalls with shade. This location is the last big stop before the Grapevine, by the food places and always super hot during the summer so why so little super chargers? Many places to eat around here. Close by and walking distance is Starbucks, Arby's, McDonald's, Chipotle, In-n-out, IHOP, Wendy's and Panda Express. [28R,2023]

    Located near all different amenities

Convenient charging at Tejon Ranch. This is one of two locations at this exit. There are several different amenities nearby. This location is not by the outlets. Convenient on off freeway.

    FREE charging for Thanksgiving!

Stopped during Thanksgiving weekend and was thanked by Tesla with FREE supercharging from 7pm - 10am! I arrived around 7:30pm and it was very busy but didn't have to wait. There's very clean restrooms in the outlet mall and plenty of fast food joints to grab a bite to eat while you charge. Good thing is that it looks like they are adding about 20 more charging stalls soon, too. Great spot to charge up, stretch out and get a few steps in.

I think they moved the Supercharger from the other side of the freeway to this new location. There are a nice number of supercharger stations right in the mall. There are restaurants nearby and a couple in the mall where you can also find some restrooms. Pretty nice.

24 chargers, all full (Saturday afternoon).

This Supercharger station is off the Tejon Ranch exit at the bottom of the Grapevine. The best part is that this station is surrounded by lots of restaurants. The only downside is there aren't enough chargers, IMO. There are 24 stations, which is more than most, but this rest stop is super busy. It is a Saturday, so it is naturally busy today, but I still feel like it could use more units. The one I used a few hours north had a whopping 56 chargers!

23 high output chargers at Wheeler Ridge - Yay!

We were headed to Bakersfield and needed a little pick-me-up for our little blue rocket. We pulled into the supercharger at Wheeler Ridge. Here we found 23 charging stations with an impressive output of 450 mi/hr and 126 kW. A short yet satisfying drink from this electron river and we were back on the road with our destination a manageable distance away. We were not hungry but it is also good to know that there are many locations here for a quick meal the next time we are in the area.

Lots of food choices after 1030 am

Wonderful clean supercharger. Our halfway stop to Paso Robles and it's perfect. Lovely little Denny's that was perfect for breakfast although I do wish it was the Black Bear Diner across the freeway! No other early food options I'm sorry to say. But if you arrive at lunch time you'll be pleasantly surprised.

i didn't want my car to smell like Panda Express and there isn't much outdoor seating

A convenient stop as you head south. one of the original Supercharger stops in the area, so there's food around. Unfortunately, not much outdoor seating offered during the Pandemic. Fortunately, my car's Frunk works to keep the smell out and offers a spot to eat.

Tesla really should consider adding stalls to this location. A ton of people need to charge before the grapevine.

I would alway see this place whenever we're driving through the grapevine area and alway wonder how…read morethe shopping was. Well after years of to and from north and south on the 5, I finally can say I've been. It's a pretty decent size outlet mall. Plenty of parking along the side of the shopping center. There's also a section that has charging stations. And I did notice that there were loads of people out and about with their dogs. We arrived around 6pm which the outlet does open till 8pm. From the side we centered in, there was food truck that was parked right before you walked in. Everything is outdoor which they also had a little strip that was covered. Helpful with the heat as it does get hot during the summer seasons. There's all your traditional stores you would see at the outlet. Nike, HM, Michael Kors, Adidas, Vans and so on. A good amount of decent stores. It does warp around each other but we didn't get a chance to wander through the whole place. It was well maintained with plants and the water features. Planted area did have a fence barrier around them. Also, loads of seated benches placed throughout the walkway for seating. Besides the traditional outlet shops, you also have the classic food vendors. Basically a lot of stalls or food center that you would find in the mall. They did have a good sale happening as it was Fourth of July'. Some nice deals that were offered before as well as after. Overall, it's nothing major like the Desert Hill outlet going towards Palm Springs with their higher end designer shops. But this outlet does have a fairly decent amount of stores. Also it's kind of in the middle of nowhere in a sense that's it's right off the freeway. A decent outlets that's worth checking out if you're driving by and wanted to kill some time while heading north or south on the 5.

Clean outlets. Nice shopping area. Modern and upgraded looks. Outlets at Tejon isn't huge. There's…read moreonly two good long aisles to walk around, but it has the basics. Think about Premium Outlets like the one in Livermore, CA, but a much smaller version of it. Same design. Cashiers inside the stores are very nice people. We purchased some new walking shoes for great prices here around $26 each with discounts included. Good value. It doesn't have a formal food court spot, but there are a few food retailers. These outlets aren't overpriced nor overcrowded. Coach store, Under Armour, Colombia, Old Navy, Tony's Pizza, Subway, Levi's, Ulta, OshKosh, H&M, Banana Republic, etc. You can find typical basic brands here as you find in other outlets. Not a huge place. Parking lot was huge though. Easy access to freeway. I wish the place would add a food court to make it a good standard shopping spot. It was a very comfortable restroom stop and happy place for a good stretch or walk around. Conveniently located. This beautiful stop in an old American Indian town with gas stations, hotels, and restaurants was pretty relaxing here. Jamba Juice, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Denny's, IHOP, etc. are all driving distance from this location. Worth it.
