But I wasted 30 minutes this morning, trying to charge my vehicle at two different stations both of which do not work. Given that this is such a busy location and very difficult to maneuver, very hard to move from charging station to charging station without having someone else cut in. The location used to be perfect, a Starbucks used to be across the street making it very convenient for a morning stop. But not sure it's worth it anymore. The other frustration is that I will spend at least an hour and a half on hold calling Tesla support to notify them that they have two stations down when I'm certain they can see that they're down. as of this post, charging stations 3B and 5B are not operational. Come on Tesla.

Restroom up above at Whole-foods and you have a chance to quickly grocery shop while powering up your Tesla. All in all, kind of a fun Sunday morning routine. The obvious choice to use the restroom was Target since it's basically on the property. Psyche! Target isn't even open! I continued around the corner to see what else is around. It was a very chilly day also so after walking about 10 minutes i decided to just run back to my car and not even wait until the car was done charging. My bladder couldn't handle it and my stomach was digesting itself from hunger. I will def not be back until the stores nearby are open. It's a ghost town here.

Whether you need a charge for your Tesla, Chevy or BMW, this is not the place to go. Calling their 800 number gives you what appears to be a responsive call center eager to address the problem. The results are a different matter. In the past two weeks, three calls were made giving details that included the address and charger number. They are still out of service. Evgo is a publicly traded company that hit a year high of $14.23 and recently closed at $4.13 and I can see why. Who would have faith to invest in a company that does not take pride in the maintenance of its product?
