He took some time pointing out seam lines and glue in spots that clearly indicated a repair job, then he took me over to another part of the shop to show what a good repair job looked like. He spent so much time on this, I thought he was doing this to upsell me on additional bodywork or something like that, but no he was just doing it for love of the game :) To me it was a sign of someone really passionate about doing his job right and providing quality service to customers, so even though the job i went there for was super straightforward, I feel certain I'm going to go to him (Hassan I believe his name was?) next time I have a serious car issue.

It turned out that the sidewall was punctured and not fixable, but they ordered the same tire and put on the spare for me (no charge). I came back in a few hours and it got done. This is old-school; the way things should be. Then you look around and see a fleet of high-end Mercedes, Audis, and BMWs. And they treated me well with a *Corolla*! This is a *good* auto shop.

Had a 2017 Nissan Armada that started having electrical problems (throttle would cut out and abs light would flash, turn signals also failed to work) and they were able to diagnose the issue (trailer brake was shorting out system) and fixed it pronto! More recently, I bought a 2006 gmc sierra Denali and had the rear rotors and pads replaced, along with the rear left caliper, a full brake flush, and both front sway bar links and bushings replaced for a grand total of roughly $1200! Very reasonable pricing (not to mention a superb job) and will keep coming back! Jay is a skilled technician and would trust him working with my truck in the future. Appreciated that he would call me if there was something else that showed up outside of what I brought it in for and/or if there was going to be any changes in pricing to check if I was okay with it.

Turns out the brakes were a bit further along than the initial visual inspection, and so I'm really happy we got it done today with a same day appointment. Up front and honest, and even took a look at the front brakes to make sure they were good to go (and they were - no action needed.) This is part one of two parts to my Review as the repair of…read moremy car hasn't been completed. As of today Sam (who I believe is in charge, not sure if he's the owner) has been the only contact with the shop, has had my car for twelve weeks now with nothing completed.he diagnosed the problem the first day, gave me a quote. I zelled him a deposit, enough for the part and the labor. Five weeks later he informed me that the part had arrived, it was installed but didn't fix the problem. He explained the part was poorly rebuilt and needed to be returned and we had to wait for the refund to order a different part. At this time he informed me that the shop would be closed to honor the lunar new year. This was week seven when they returned to work still waiting for the refund to show up. It's was week nine he let me know that he couldn't find the part we needed and he had used my deposit money to pay bills and dint have any left to buy the part. To continue with the repair he said I had to find the part and pay for it on top of the $2000 I'd already gave him. Week ten I found the part , paid for it. A week later the part vendor located in Germany canceled my purchase stating the war in Iran made it too expensive to ship the part" find one in your own country " he's said. So I found the part , paid again and the part arrived at the begining of week twelve. After having the part in hand and knowing I've been without a car for three months he says he'll see if he can get me scheduled at the end of the week which at best the repair will continue into week thirteen. I've asked when he actually had me scheduled for and why couldn't he schedule me sooner? This was Monday the same day as the part arrived. He didn't respond until Tuesday when he said he was working on it so I could have my car to drive on Wednesday. Wednesday I called to see how it went and he said he'll text me later with an update. It's now Thursday of that week , I asked what's up and his response was and is " for me to relax, he's working on it. Sam has been rude. He's ignored me, he's disregarded what i wanted done and did what he wanted to my car. He took money from inted for parts that he never paid for and spent it on himself or the shop bills . I then paid for the parts additionally. He wont produce any kind of invoice to keep track of spenderatures. I've requested several times . When I told him he no longer has any authorization to do any more work on my car. The next text he sent me said he was going to work on my car anyway. I told him I was picking up my car to have it ready to be towed elsewhere. I'm so mad I can't even think. To be continued

I started my car and it was running fine with the new battery for 30 minutes. However when I stopped and re-started it wouldn't work. They sent the technician over again to check again and he did inspections and helped find out that there were other issues that led to car failing to start. As the technology gets better by calling a tow truck through the app and getting assigned to one right away, it has become more seamless, efficient, and quicker. It's so easy today and so fast. My last few experiences have been amazing. Today, I got the best tow truck driver ever, Jose Ruedda!!! Very meticulous with the details. He made sure he didn't drive over the neighbor's plants on our tight driveway, and then went to extra precaution to put my M3 on the flatbed, since it has a low profile and scrapes easily. He put extra wood beneath to get it up--which I hadn't seen before, which I really appreciated. He checked in with me about whether we should drive it up, or have it pulled up with the car in neutral. You can tell he just really cares about the car and doesn't take shortcuts. In the end, we also swapped quick stories about our torn meniscuses and he gave me a bunch of good tips on how to get better!
