Not a tesla owner but came here 2x over the weekend and observed the chaos of tesla drivers…read more 1. theres not enough charging stations for the demand in this location. 2. tesla drivers are the worst. they cant backup their $100k vehicle correctly. in and out multiple times for their spot which causes traffic for those coming into target parking lot. ever thought of using your "auto park"? 3. once a stall is open, the next in line will race to that spot and usually blocks off the main corner towards target; so NO vehicles can pass causing traffic on both entry points. 4. expect at least 3-6 cars deep waiting for a station. 5. most tesla drivers just sit there and fall asleep. If tesla was smart they would have installed charging station towards the back side of target. let their "click" stay on their side.

Queues are still an issue at times but things have gotten progressively better as 3 more locations nearby opened up in the last year that are faster and in some ways more convenient for those in a hurry to get going. What really makes this Supercharger great despite some of the shortcomings, is the location. You have just enough time to shop at the nearby Whole Foods and so it's like it didn't cost you any additional time at all. Furthermore, there is a decent amount of mostly healthy food options nearby such as Mendocino Farms. Heck, you can even go to the gym! Lastly, you can walk over to the small park area and watch the ducks and other animals enjoying the pond in the neighborhood. Overall, while there are much faster and better options nearby for those who want to just top off and go, this Supercharger is conveniently located and has some great amenities to offer to those who don't mind staying a little longer.

When I put out bids to install, HNES and Fuse responded. Randy from HNES called and explained exactly what the job entails and how he would commission the GE Energy equipment. The way he explained gave me a lot of confidence and decided to go with him. Unfortunately, Randy has been going through treatment of leukemia and was not able to personally visit the site and supervise the installation. But his team started the project and took much longer than promised since they were not trained on the GM Energy equipment. In spite of lack of experience with GM equipment, final outcome was excellent. Even after completing the installation, they continue to monitor and help with any issues that crop up. Randy and his team communicated with me at very well at every step and provided me with every information I needed. At the end of it, they did a thorough job and have finished the job to my satisfaction. They have tied all the loose ends together. I wish Randy a speedy recovery from his cancer. I hired HNES to install two SPAN panels (main and sub) at my home, and what I was told would be done within month, but it ended up taking them 5 months for complete the job. They didn't even start the permit process until months into project, and filed the permits incorrectly multiple times. I felt I was being gaslit over and over about it being done soon, and would repeatedly get excuses for the delay. The installer would arrive late and would never respond to any of my texts. The owner did not seem very familiar with the new SPAN system, and in multiple instances started yelling at me for asking questions to understand how the system works, which was a giant red flag. To cap it off their pricing wasn't even that competitive. I got a quote from FUSE halfway into the process for 4k less than it cost me from HNES, and I am confident it would have probably been done within a few weeks, but it was too late for me to back out. I thought maybe it would be good to get smaller business to do the job because you'd get better customer service, but that was completely wrong. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because in the end the job was completed, and seems to be working as intended. But I would never recommend this business to anyone. There are better people to do the job out there.

Aaron came recommended by Boardwalk Chevy, Nissan because he knows how to install EV charging stations. His price was the great, and his work is top notch. My EV charging station was installed by Aaron quickly and easily. I would use him again. I've uploaded a few photos of the installation. One nice touch was the EV cut off sticker on the breaker panel. It's the little things that make a big difference.

So I opted for a high-speed EV Charger (240 v, 32 Amp). Now 4 hours and she's full of pep again! Look, I go with the best. And the best in EV Charging installation is Rogers Electric. They've done hundreds of installs in the Bay Area... and couldn't be nicer. Aaron came out and saw my situation- main box was at other end of the house, had to run romex entire length of house in crawl space, had pop up outside then re-enter garage and had to cross garage to where we needed the charger. Wow. But the bid was solid, the work done quickly and the Town Inspector (always get a Permit!) said "good job!" I'm zippin' around town now in my Fiat 500e as quietly as a mouse but I'm still hearing "you're fired!" from my fans. Well, they got it wrong.... We were so glad to have come across Hancock with Den Electric as there were so many electricians…read morethat we initially reached out to to get estimates and all but many of them were unfamiliar or not confident enough to take on our project as they have never worked with this kind of setup before or didn't really have an understanding of the vision that we were trying to go for. Hancock did a superb job on wiring up our lighting fixtures and setting up the electrical groundwork in order for us to finish our suspension drop ceiling. Even though everything was a tight and perfect fit with little room to spare, he was still able to accommodate and make it work out in the end. Overall we were very impressed with the turn out of his work. Our biggest concern was safety as we were trying to achieve that semi-commercial setup but Hancock was able to offer a solution without having to overcomplicate things in which we were very happy about. At first we were so worried that we may have had to drop and cancel everything but everything with the installation came out to be so clean and spot on!
