Great to experience with Mike. So nice to have a guide that was educated in the wildlife and the area. Made sense when he said he had a MS in wildlife biology, and really did an amazing job answering all my kids questions. We saw moose, wolves, elk, big horn sheep, and deer.

Visited the Jackson Hole area in July of 2023. We decided to use TSS for a day tour of the Grand Teton park. We had a rather large group which we separated into two large vans. Vans were clean, air conditioned and have roof hatches for sightseeing. Our tour guides for the day were Kevin and Tyler. Both awesome, friendly, and full of knowledge of both the area and animals encountered. The tour provided us with a morning coffee and granola bars plus binoculars to use for the day. Of course there was plenty of beautiful sites but there was also tons of animals (check out my pics for some of the sites/animals). Definitely got our money worth. We stopped at Jackson Lake for lunch and ate sandwiches provided by TSS. Beautiful. If you're looking for a tour and in the area I highly recommend TSS. They picked us up at 6am and drop off was just after 2pm (at the hotel). Things went smooth and easy . Check them out.

12/15/2020 - Yellowstone 12 hr tour with Jeff Mulligan. My hubby and I booked an all day tour and had a blast. Jeff took care of us the whole day with endless drinks , coffee, hot chocolate, snacks. He picked us up 630am and dropped us off 12 hours later. We had a breakfast burrito to go from Cowboy coffee and started our drive from Jackson through Grand Teton National Park to Flagg Ranch. We transfer from a van to a snow coach and headed up to Old Faithful. We got to see old Faithful in its glory! We also did a hike around the geysers and hot springs. We had many stops including west thumb, Lewis lake, Kepler cascade, Moose falls. Many photo opportunities throughout the whole trip. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained the History of Jackson & grand Teton, Geology of rocks and trees The 1988 fires, Ecosystems, History of Yellowstone. My takeaway from the trip is all of our ecosystem is entwined and connected. If there is a small disruption in the food chain it can severely affect animals small to big. Unfortunately we didn't witness much animals on this trip. It was windy and snowy the whole day. It was expected to clear up but it didn't. We saw Trumpeter swans, 1 Bison, ravens, 1 Squirrel and a few Mountain chickadees. That's was it but it's nature and you never know what you will see. Today was just not one of those days. I don't discourage anybody, get out there in nature as much as you can because everyday is different.

My husband and I knew we couldn't miss the opportunity to see Yellowstone during a short trip to Jackson Hole. We booked a full day Scenic Driving Tour of Yellowstone with TSS and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to see most of the Yellowstone bucket list locations during the 12 hour trip. Our guide was Casey. He was friendly, polite, engaging and above all, extremely knowledgeable about Yellowstone and the Tetons. Casey shared with us history of the park, facts about the wildlife and park features, and gave us terrific advice about how to spend the rest of our trip. Traveling at the end of October meant the park was quiet and we had no trouble seeing all the spots we were hoping to see. We look forward to a return trip with our girls and hope to book with Casey again!

Great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. Answered all questions throughly. Saw lots of wildlife. They served an awesome lunch.

What a great tour in the snow coach today, the best part was our guide Grace! Very knowledgeable and personable person. I would suggest that while booking your tour request Grace as your Yellowstone tour guide.

I had the best time here! The instructors were very kind and I learned a lot! I loved being able to wake up to snow every morning.

Not only did she share all the details about their expeditions, but she also gave helpful recommendations for the area. We ended up booking two expeditions: the Shared Scenic Float and the Rafting trip. Both were fantastic. Grace guided our Float and Ben led the Rafting--each brought such skill and warmth to the experience. Check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly and welcoming--just what you'd hope for from a family-owned business. Prices are also very reasonable. Just a quick note: don't forget to tip your guides--they truly deserve it. Pro tip: If you're looking for a more intense rafting experience, go in late May or June when the water levels are higher.

Bonus points for pickup from and drop-off to our hotel in Jackson. Prior to the tour day, BrushBuck Wildlife Tours called me to confirm my reservation details and answer any questions I had around logistics of the day. Since it was the middle of the winter, we were in a heated van. Our tour guide from today was Ted, and he was awesome. He was friendly, personable, and highly knowledgeable of the flora and fauna of the area. He impressed me by the facts he knew, and he didn't not have an answer for all our questions. He also had a good eye and spotted wildlife off in the distance, and he would genuinely be as excited as we were seeing the animals. We saw coyotes, a wolf, elk, bison, moose, and bighorn sheep. Ted had a magnifying scope that connected to his phone, so he took these amazing closeups of the animals for us and sent the pictures within 24 hours after the tour. I would highly recommend this tour, which was like a fun scavenger hunt in Grand Teton.

Taren was exceedingly apologetic and accommodating. It turns out they were handling an unusually high volume of reservations that day, and unfortunately, ours slipped through the cracks. Her service recovery was excellent. Given the business's consistently high ratings, I have no doubt that our one-off situation will be taken as a learning opportunity to help them continue delivering excellent tours to future clients. Original abridged review: **Disappointed by the experience -- not what we paid for, though our guide saved the day** I hate to leave a review like this, but our experience didn't match what was promised or paid for. We booked an early morning safari in advance as part of a bachelorette weekend, expecting a seamless start to a packed day. Unfortunately, the company forgot our reservation entirely, and despite repeated calls, no one arrived until two hours late -- well past the peak wildlife viewing time and after significant disruption to our schedule. Several advertised amenities, including breakfast and hot beverages, were missing, and communication throughout was poor. A minimal refund was eventually offered, but only after we pushed for it. That said, our guide Barry was outstanding. He came in on his day off, brought great energy, was knowledgeable and engaging, and did his best to salvage the situation. We're grateful to him. Ultimately, though, the overall experience was disappointing. For a premium tour marketed as professional and seamless, it missed the mark. We hope the company improves its customer service and reliability moving forward.
