Cathy answered and was very pleasant. I explained our situation and she was understanding and found us a Snowshoeing Tour in the Tetons for a half or whole day. We chose a half day guided snowshoe tour. Beverly met us at our hotel the next morning at 0800. We chatted for a bit and there were a couple of options for us to 'shoe'. My daughters hadn't seen a Moose before so we chose the River Valley Area in the Teton National Park. The drive was about 20 minutes from Jackson. Beverly had all the gear you needed. We started out on our hike and the scenery was so beautiful. We had a very 'bluebird' day. On our was back we began to see signs of Moose. Shortly after we found what we wanted to see. A cow and her calf. Being careful not to stare to long or threaten them we were able to watch and see these beautiful animals and appreciate their size. Beverly was a very knowledgeable guide and a wonderful woman. Having help raise two daughters it is great for them to interact with other strong women. We have discussed as a family of visiting in the summer months and The Hole Experience offers a overnight camping and hiking experience that we will want to do.

Tessa was extremely knowledgeable about the trails, brought us to one that for our hiking skills (or lack of) and took us on a beautiful hike. We learned about local plants, trees, and climbed to the top of the trail where we could see all the mountains around us. It was exactly the hole we asked for! We traded interesting and fun tales, learned about Jackson Hole, Teton, and even bits about Yellowstone, we stayed hydrated with provided water, and had an amazing day. This is our 2nd tour with a guide in Jackson Hole and Klye by far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend him, and only him to anyone visiting the area. Kyle does private tours, for the cost of what you would pay to be crammed in with a bunch of others. Private tours even if it's only you and your friend, spouse, partner ect. So you have tons of room, a comfy expedition , no agenda, and all oKyle's expertise and attention. He picked us up promptly at our hotel. Coffee, tea, cocoa, snacks etc are all taken care of. You just hop in a go. I think our tour was supposed to be four hours, but I'm pretty sure we meandered around the entire Jackson valley for almost 5. We were visiting at a less ideal time (Memorial Day week) for fishing but we really wanted to try…read morefly fishing. I did a lot of research and talked to someone here who explained to me that the runoff from the mountains this early in the season raises the water level so there are only a few places you can try to fly fish during this time of year and possibly have success. This company has a license to fish in areas that not all companies have so I booked with this company and I'm so glad that I did. We stopped by the shop the day before our booking because we were in town. We took care of the fishing licenses (but you can do this online) and were ready to go. We had Tim and Will as our guides. Will texted me the night before we were scheduled and we talked about what time to meet at the shop. When we arrived both Will and Tim were there to greet us and we headed up to the river. There were not very many boats on the river. Again, it's early in the season and it's tough fishing this time of year. Tim and Will were extremely knowledgeable and great instructors. Our family is very familiar fishing but have never fished on fly before. This is completely different from spin rod fishing. It took an incredible amount of patience to instructor beginners like us but they really helped encourage us and build up our confidence. Between the three of our family members on the trip, we brought five fish to the boat! We did get several more on the line but just couldn't set the hooks fast enough. I didn't really notice any of the other boats getting any fish except for one. I'm so glad that I booked with such knowledgeable and patient guides. I am certain we would not have had success this early in the season if we had booked with a different company. I highly recommend this company and especially the amazing guides that we had. These are really great people doing what they love and sharing their knowledge with others.

Got our fishing licenses there the day before. It's an easy walk from anywhere downtown to the store. Brian our guide met us there for our fishing day. He was great, we drove out and then jumped in his truck for the remainder of the arrival. It was July so the area was beautiful, still a little snow on the Teton's. Didn't fly fish, but we reel fished the float trip and caught a ton of fish. Brian was knowledgable, professional and fun! He knew a ton about the area, and we really had the perfect day.
