Arrival time was excellent. This was a maintenance visit for 2 units with an additional chronic nagging electronic issue with one of them. I found Dominick to be very professional. Their quoted price was fair and he spent extra time corresponding with the manufacturer to precisely diagnose what was wrong with the circuit module. He was honest and forthright about the longevity of my existing unit and I did not feel pressured (which tends to push me away). AA came out to rod out our lines, but then said they didn't have the right equipment and would need to come back another day. A couple days later, they show up with the hydro-jet. The fill up this huge water tank with my hose, and then the machine doesn't work. They stayed for another hour, but still nothing. The technician said they were trying to contact the owner of the hydro-jet machine for help, but since AA was behind on payment, they wouldn't help AA. They said they would be back the next morning with another machine. The next morning came and went. When I called to see where they were, I was told they were on another job and might be there in the afternoon. They finally came late in the afternoon to complete the work, but by then I had already lost an entire work day... not to mention the half day lost the day before. My advice- Find another company who is true to their word and will show up when they say they will show up... with working equipment!

They were able to fix the problem with minimal expense and trouble. This is during the pandemic and the crew members were appropriately dressed with PPE and had minimal "contact" with us. I just had Elite back out to service/tune up my AC unit for annual maintenance (though admittedly I…read morehaven't had it done since they installed my unit in July 2022, so it was overdue). Other companies were a bit cheaper with coupons, but Elite had a $99 special and I wanted to go with them, since they installed the unit. The first time the technician (Steve) came out, he wasn't able to do anything due to my building's roof drain being clogged and the roof was basically flooded. He sent me a video so I was able to send it to our maintenance people and have them come fix that issue. After the roof was no longer a swimming pool, Steve came back out a week later and presumably did everything that was needed -- all seems to be working well, and he answered a couple of my questions and gave me an estimate for an ambient kit in case I want to run the unit when it's below 60 degrees outside (my condo gets really hot and retains heat). Overall, great customer service, super nice people. I'll continue to use them for my AC needs.
