She became irritated when I asked specific details of the antibiotic name and concentration. How do you expect me to call around town searching for a specific medication if you won't tell me what it is?? Tonight, I have been here since 9 pm. I went through the line to find out the Rx is not ready. It's now 10:21 pm, the antibiotic is ready, but I am waiting in this line again. They have not called a single name the whole time I have been here. You are expected to get back in line which is snaking through the store. Completely inefficient.

After a while of listening to hold music, the phone rang again, and I was unceremoniously placed back on hold without anyone speaking to me. This happened 8 TIMES IN A ROW before someone finally came on the line. So basically, I sat on hold for 30 minutes just to ask a question that took 30 seconds to answer.

I was killing some time before meeting friends. So went through every aisle. It seemed very cleaned, stocked and the staff was friendly. One asked if I needed anything and I told them I just killing time. I had a great chat with my cashier because I ended up spending $100 on a time killing trip. I only gave them 4 stars because the re was customers in the front not wearing mask. That didn't bother me but the fact the sign says mandatory I would like for establishments to abide by that. The customers removed themselves after my harsh glare at them. They came back in with mask on. A pretty convenient Walgreens on 79.

I see how hard these folks work around the holidays, and we all know insurance is the real problem with medical care - so I'm back to update my review and give thanks to the pharmacists at HEB who are doing their best to help people despite what I can only assume is an infiriating amount of red tape.

I know HEB has to make a profit, but I shouldn't have to check good rx every time I get a refill…read more The HEB price is always significantly higher, so I have to call and ask for the better price or transfer everything to another pharmacy. Many employees argue with me and tell me I paid $$ previously, so that is the price (even when it's a different dose/amount). Gaslighting customers is not a good look. Sometimes I get nice employees who are happy to help, wish there were more. Makes me furious to think about how many people don't know they price gouge, or that they can get a better price.

The store is very clean and organized. There is a sign above each row that gives a good synopsis of what the row contains; I do believe it is more descriptive than most stores. It made shopping easy. They also had a discount shelf in front that looked promising and they had a lot of seasonal items and, as seen on TV items I like this CVS, I will be back.

The first person said he "saw my bin with medication in it and was putting it on the top" then the next person Intalked to said they "no longer had my medication in its correct dosage" and someone would call me back TODAY with instructions. (No call back). So someone went into a bin with my name on it and took the paid for medication to use for someone else because they had a "lot of orders"?! How is that okay? Is this place a scam? What if this was a senior or anyone urgently needing their medication and they are asked to pay again for the medication, that is already paid for, each time they call? How is this good practice?

Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Here, they catch that and at least make you informed so you can get back to your doc to see alternatives. It is really a boutique pharmacy at budget prices.

He made me feel as though my prescription was important to him, and I do believe it was. He truly had integrity and a love for helping others. The store was very clean and comfortable. They also had a drive-through window. My prescription was reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to do business here again.
