His thoughtful explanation was " well don't you expect to get you leather ruined a little when getting tinted windows installed? .really? NO I DONT ALLEN! way to take responsibility for you employees.... if I wanted to pay $350 to get my leather cracked and ruined I can do it by myself. His lack of concern for his customers was kind of appalling. At least act like you care. Also the GROUPON is a rip off. They give you no discount for buying it at all. IT SAVES YOU NO MONEY . Ive priced it with and without & got a cheaper quote" it conveniently doesn't work on tent under 35% " but says that NOWHERE on their website or the Groupon. Its basically a way to get you in the door so they can then upcharge you on anything possible. Do yourself a favor & put your car first and avoid these guys! **** PS; not to mention, the cherry on top of my day, MY CARD INFORMATION WAS STOLEN and charged for $375 the same day I went here. Moe, I wanted to leave some feedback and show some appreciation to you and your guys. I just bought my 4th sub setup from you for my truck, each setup came from your shop on Jupiter. I now have what you recommended from day one and couldn't be happier. I have been coming there for a year now and I have to say, in the past 15 years I haven't been to a consistently stand up and knowledgeable shop like yours. You repeatedly went out of your way to go beyond my expectations, whether it was with help or advice. And all of this at a far more than fair cost. Your guys are the only ones that knew how to properly tap into a factory Bose system to add a sub amp, I did hours of research and called many shops and they all gave me the same incorrect instructions. Audio initiated to call me for my morning appointment which I really appreciated, reminded me that m appointment is at 09:30 a.m. I said thank you for the call and I will be there in half an hour. Brought my car in, met Paul and later Mo. Mo explained to me how they will work on the car, how will it sound, and for future project, an additional amplifier to produce excellent sound from the premium speaker. In about an hour and a half, the job is done. Mo explained to me again what did in the car. I had them installed JL Audio C1-650x Coaxial speaker which made a huge difference in sound from the stock speaker, my 2019 VW Passat Wolfsburg have. They recommended an amplifier as a future project. I will definitely install one, but at this point the upgrade is noticeable. Thank you Paul and MO for great customer service. I was promptly met by Moe after setting an appointment to have limo tint installed in my Lexus LS. After an explanation of their various grades of tint ant the advantages etc. I was shown a demonstration board by Paul, a very friendly and knowledgeable employee, that put a heat source behind each grade of tint that they sell. This was a dramatic demonstration that prompted me "especially in these recent temps" to select the "Carbon " grade. My installation was very quick, very professional and, reasonably priced. They offered a beverage and a comfortable waiting area complete with big screen to watch. The store is well appointed with very attractive displays of auto tech stuff and audio equipment. Was quoted for a tint job over email and they kept to the quote didn't upcharge or anything, they even threw in a free windshield strip (I requested it before handing off the keys.) I was a bit confused as it wasn't on the invoice when I went to pay for it and they said to not even worry about it. Absolutey unnecessary as I was ready to pay for it, but that was super cool of them to do. Will definitely come back to them later as I plan on getting my car wrapped which I also found out they do the brand of wrap that I want. read more

I had an after-market backup camera added to my ancient (but loved) Camry - including the Rydeen replacement rear-view mirror with built-in monitor. Their service was prompt and courteous - and the quality of their installation work was outstanding.
