I like this place, we keep going there for family dinners or holiday celebrations. They have the best servers! They are super professional, friendly and taking a great care of their guests. I have my favorites from the salad bar: smoked salmon, goat cheese, pineapples and mushrooms. My favorite dessert is their passion fruit mousse.. so incredibly delicious!!! As for the meat, well our experiences were different.. It seems like the quality of the meat and it's taste were way better in the past. These days it's either a hit or miss. Sometimes it's unbelievably salty, sometimes it's way too dry. Last time we were there my favorite lamb shanks were so dry I couldn't eat them and had to leave them untouched. I hate wasting food, especially meat :( I really hope that they will start paying more attention to their meat preparation. It will be greatly appreciated by your customers. read more

Whenever I am in town, I make sure to eat here. Starve during the day so you can enjoy all the different types of meat. The salad bar is one of a kind and the servicers are extremely attentive. Break open the piggy bank and this place is pricy (but worth it). The top sirloin is the best. read more

This place was awesome. It is a high end all you can eat salad bar and almost every meat you can think of. They seat you and give you the rundown, then you are on your own to the salad bar. They have cards on the table one side red to stop getting meat and one side is green to request more meat. The meat servers see the green card and stop and ask if you want what they are serving. If you say yes they carve it in front of you and put it on your plate. We ate sirloin, prime rib, bacon wrapped chicken, leg of lamb, beef ribs, filet minion, sausage, pork chop and l wish I would have come with a bigger appetite. Me and my fiancé dined here, and got severe food poisoning directly after, we threw up all night, and were extremely ill all night and the following day, I called the restaurant to let them know, and ask for a refund, and they said they would get back to me. After not getting back to me for a week, I emailed the customer service line, and again, after being ignored for 5 days, they said that since I didn't have any medical records or "proof" that it was their restaurant that made us ill, they could not offer any sort of refund or compensation. If you enjoy throwing up and feeling deathly ill for 24 hours, mediocre dining experiences, and terrible customer service, you should definitely come here. read more

We went for Father's Day. So it was packed. Every table was being used. It seemed like the hostesses were a little confused. They sat us fifteen minutes after our reservation. We had a pretty bad table location. None of the servers we're stopping by our table If it wasn't for our waitress, making sure that we got our food, it would have been a bad experience. Thankfully she noticed and made sure people came to our table, so I really appreciate that. The food was great, I love the salad bar. I loved the soups as well. Had dinner about 2 weeks ago, the table were so close together that the waitress was continuously stepping on my foot, the meat server had a hard time serving the meat, no space for comfort, further more the folding seats where not stable and very uncomfortable, the amount of glasses in the table took most of the space in the table and did not have enough space to even place the plates for dinner. Went in for a birthday & the main waitress was the best I've ever had there (been to that location dozens of times with parties up to 30) The gauchos were in a big hurry & spilled on me & my phone multiple times & one dropped a knife that hit my leg. Manager was somewhat concerned but didn't apologize until I said something after the 3 spill. I know this is a five star restaurant but the last two times have not made me feel very welcome or appreciated. I made sure to tell the main waitress she was great but her support was in need of some training. I had to ask for a plate 3 different times from 3 different people before I finally got one. This place needs some better training & possibly better management. Came here over the holidays and had lunch here. The food was amazing and the service was out standing. All the steaks were so delicious, especially the house special garlic steak. You turn a card on your table over when you are ready for the protein onslaught to begin. This also applies to the sides placed on our table: brazilian cheese bread, sweet fried bananas, and garlic mashed potatoes, which were so good but I tried not to indulge too much. As soon as we turned our little cards over for food service, the parade of meats started and it did not stop until we were STUFFED. My favorites were the lamb chops, Brazilian picahna (top sirloin), and the braised beef ribs which were literally the most succulent, tender ribs I have ever had. I genuinely was doing a happy dance in my seat as the meat servers kept on coming by our table. Unfortunately I did not have ANY room for dessert but they have quite the selection of beautiful desserts. Food and service are always excellent. House wine excellent. My gripe - the furniture is wobbly. Every chair I have sat on for several years needs its screws tightened or needs to be replaced. Great food and the service is also pretty good. Me and my family come here often for special occasions. For the money you really can eat as much steak as you want. The ONLY thing that was really subpar was sometimes the seating is a bit claustrophobic, especially since the servers have to come around and put meat on your plate. I've been in the Denver metro area for over 15 years now and this place used to be great. Their service is terrible now, they use cheap meat and it's not what it used to be. Especially the customer service. This is the main reason for this review, we had a $600 bill and we wanted to use some unused gift cards and the lady that was waitressing gave my father a hard time. Money is not an issue for us, but the way she treated us and the way the rest of the staff was just shows that this restaurant won't make it much longer if they continue like this. I hope you can hire the right people, pay the right wages so you find the right people. As far as the ambiance, it's beautiful. That's the only good thing left here. So sad. read more

The drinks were good and they had a drink special. But the meats!!! They were top notch and plentiful!!!! They kept bringing out new delicacies!! I liked the chicken, lamb and all the beef choices! The hot foods on the salad bar were so very tasty, especially the mushrooms and rice. Now, the server had to be brand new and still getting used to the fast pace. We waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks, I had to get a manager to find out where our server was, he just disappeared. He didn't bring us the cheese bread basket or the mashed potatoes to the table. He never checked on us. He never refilled our waters.
