Great service and food, they were friendly and inviting. I was sat right away, and had a good Server. The steak was cooked nearly To perfection, will definitely go back to this location.

It's been awhile and I came here for dinner with my son's fiancé. The service was good and place was clean. As for the food, it wasn't all that great. I've been to other locations, but I wasn't too impressed with my dinner. My son's fiancé enjoyed hers very much. She had the salmon and I had the filet and lobster tail. My steak was real charred and a bit dry. I loved the size of my baked potato, but it needed more of the garnishing for such a big potato. I only ate the top half. I managed to get through about 75 percent of my steak with the creamy horseradish. The best part of my meal were the mozzarella sticks, baked potato soup, and the raspberry cheesecake. It's going to be a long while before I come back to this venue again. I already knew what I may be getting here, but maybe I'll have better luck in the future. Cheers, to all those how enjoy this place.

This is a great place to go for reasonably priced steak & seafood! We arrived on a Sunday, mid-afternoon. Even tho the restaurant was relatively busy, we were seated right away. Soft music was playing in the background & there was tons of parking. However, the dining room was way too warm. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't able to adjust the temperature to cool the place down. Our Server could have been a bit more friendly & attentive. We waited awhile for refills on drinks, bread & butter. Yummy fresh baked bread & butter was brought to the table to start, followed by the Bloomin' Onion for an appetizer. And as always this was wonderful...a golden cooked onion - nice & crunchy with a spicy dipping sauce. Next, we had a Caesar Side Salad & a House Side Salad. Both were served in big bowls with fresh crisp greens. The Caesar had a great dressing & the House had a good variety of ingredients - cucumber, tomatoes, onions, cheese & croutons. The other side, was the Steakhouse Mac & Cheese & it came out with the entree. That could have been a meal in itself. Really cheesy & delicious. The Ribeye Steak with Coconut Shrimp was fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly, & the the star of the show were the Coconut Shrimp. The Shrimp were plump & very flavorful. The next entree was the Filet & Lobster Tail. What a treat...but the filet was slightly undercooked & the lobster slightly over cooked. In spite of this it was a tasty dish. Lastly, was the Sirloin & Ribs. The sirloin was as delicious & tender as the filet with great tasting ribs. Overall, good meals & good times!

Food Blooming onion - 5/5 Substantial portion with delicious dipping sauce! Side salads - 4/5 House & Caesar salad were decent portions Side mashed potato - 4/5 Decent size but oddly sweet Filet mignon - 3/5 It was just ok. Top was oddly crispy Lobster - 5/5 Delicious! Service - 5/5 Waitress kept my waters refilled without me asking, and without interrupting us, which rarely happens! We felt taken care of. Price - 5/5 Overall greet price for the meal we had

Seriously someone rolled silverware in this Shredded Napkin!

Details are important! These days when the dollar is hard... you have to be better than your competitors in every way! The food was pretty good. Steak was cooked properly but, the salad needed more dressing, the asparagus were not trimmed, and the soup was bland. The server was friendly but, dressing requested, take two tables orders before returning with it, and waited long time for cocktail refills. The restaurant atmosphere is standard Outback chain yet busboy on his phone watching???videos just outside the bathroom and see photos of napkin and dirty glass. Well it was an average visit I guess.

I ordered carrots cake Togo, best cake I had in awhile.

Been awhile since I've eat at Outback Steakhouse. I got the combo filet and lobster. Recommended

Quick service. Bartender was working extra hard to keep up.. had 6-8 people in bar area.. not that busy for a weekend.. but he was really nice and made sure the food was right. This was pretty standard for the outback brand, you know what you are gonna get.. we ordered: -blooming onion -Caesar salad -outback burger - 2 beers Everything tasted great, and was delivered very fast.. not our first rodeo at outback.. we will be back (it's been 3-5 years since our last visit)

Lots of professionals seemed to hang out here after work. They offer a great selection of steaks, half size portions of sides (which is amazing) and an array of cocktails and wine. We got wine so o review on the cocktails, however the table next to us raved about them. Prices were reasonable for a steakhouse in Denver. Steak was cooked perfectly! I got grass fed New York and my friend got filet. Hers was slightly under but nothing she couldn't eat. The best thing on the menu... black truffle Mac and cheese!! Wow! The octopus was also tender and had great wood fire flavor. Our server was a bit all over the place and when we needed something, I had to track down someone else. Didn't love that. Celebrated a big business success recently and decided to go whole hog (is that even a saying these…read moredays?:) on a dining-extravaganza. Decided on A5 because 1) it's got some great appetizers / starters, 2) love the servers there, and 3) was in the mood to chow down on a hunka-chunka serious steak, and for the first time get a tomahawk slab o' beef that I had seen before on the A5 menu. Came in early on a Thursday night (6:15 pm) so the place was losing its happy hour crowd and had not yet been swooped down on by the hip dinner crowd. A great time to go. Could not have been better. Started with their crab and shrimp dip app and Japanese milk bread, both of which are stand-out non-steak items on their menu. Ordered the tomahawk steak which is ridiculously large (over 40 ounces (10 of which is from the large rib bone)) and ridiculously good (and ridiculously expensive . . . as in like over $225), along with an order of asparagus. Loved it all. Of course, we split the steak and had no room for dessert. Brought home probably 10 ounces of meat along with some other leftovers which will give us another night of good at-home eating. Bottom line . . . wonderful experience. Pricey but they made it a true celebration for us and it was well worth it. Go. You'll have a great time there, and if you don't want to blow a bundle and its your first time at A5, check them out at happy hour. It's probably the best deal for the best HH food in Denver.

We started with the burrata based on Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. Super fresh tasting, and the focaccia paired with it perfectly. It's an upcharge but worth it, and you aren't at a place like this to pinch pennies anyways. We both chose the rigatoni, we had a heavy lunch, and it was perfect. The sauce was deep and hearty and the pasta was exactly al dente. We split a strawberry guacamole sorbet and glad we did, it was larger than expected and absolutely delicious. Place has the feel of a modern restaurant, very sleek. My only complaint was that we were seated next to a room with a large group and it was hard to hear each other talk, but nothing to be done about that. This was by far the worst part of our trip to Denver... be warned. Parking: There is free parking in the back of the building. When we first walked in we were greeted and brought to our reserved tables upstairs. If you decide to try this place, get a reservation and do downstairs. There is so much more to look at downstairs! Instead, we were brought to a backroom that was much cooler(in temp) and had way less to look at... we felt "put into the corner." It was busy, and it appeared they were short staffed. It took a long time for our server to get to us. She was very sweet and I definitely felt for her, she was really trying! However, it took awhile to get our drinks, the complimentary bread came out after our appetizer and house salads... anything complimentary should come out right away. The food: We got the Rocky Mountain oysters and I actually thought they were good! The cocktail sauce is very tomato forward and the "horseradish sauce" was a joke! There was absolutely no flavor and I am convinced it was just sour cream! If you do order these, ask for their ranch- it was dill flavored and delicious! The house salad was good But wet... like I had water on my plate. If you want a Caesar Salad it will cost an extra 7.50!!!!!!!!! Why!? That doesn't make any sense! The complimentary sourdough was good but the whipped butter had no taste at all... we had to sprinkle some salt on it for it to actually taste decent. We got the New York strip 16oz and the Elk steaks. The New York strip was the worst steak we have ever had! It was supposed to be cooked to a medium but was definitely closer to a medium rare. The butter on top did not have any flavor and was pointless. It had a fair amount of fat on it and the crust tasted "ashy" to us. It was expensive so we ate it, but terrible! The mashed potatoes were not mashed well! I had a whole potato in it! The veggies were mushy and overcooked. The elk steaks were actually very good! I would recommend that! The wild rice was brown rice with a few wild rice pieces... and again mushy veggies! The total price for one alcoholic drink, one bottled soda, a half order of Rocky Mountain oysters, the New York strip and elk steaks was over $200 with tip. We went to the restrooms afterwards and they were disgusting and dirty! If we are spending over $200 on a meal it better be great service, food and ambiance! This missed the mark HEAVILY! If you do feel the need to go here, get a table downstairs, make a reservation, get the Rocky Mountain oysters with the dill ranch and the elk steaks.

People either love or hate the 50's decor that Mad Men picked up on decades later. I'm in the former camp and like sitting upstairs most of all. Today, we sat downstairs for the first time. Quiet and cozy with the Rat Pack looking on, the mood was chill, anticipation high. Service is consistently attentive, prompt, and friendly here. Jason greeted us warmly and followed this with soft, warm bread with Anaheim-spiced garlic butter that we could have filled up on and left happy. It's stellar. Drinks arrived quickly: my Great Divide farmhouse ale and a potent White Russian that had mom in silly mode. Mom took her salad to the woodshed. My cup of green Chile corn chowder hit the spot. We were stoked when our server from my last birthday brought our entrees. It felt like home. While the "Sugar Steak" is their calling card and a number of topping combos are available, we went for straight up beef. No regrets. Medium rare? Perfect. Mom's filet mignon torched the one I had at Gallagher's in Las Vegas a week ago--at a much better price. I tried the wagyu coulette (picanha). Unbelievably tender, it's my new Bastien's fave. Side and soup or salad come with your steak--none of the a la carte nickel-and-diming found at most steakhouses nowadays. This sets Bastien's apart. We enjoyed the twice-baked potato and white cheddar mashers. I can vouch for the loaded baked potato and French onion soup, as well. Overall, Bastien's offers unique ambiance, stellar service, solid steaks & value that fancier spots don't have. No BS service fees. It feels like they are here for you, not the other way around. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, & the gal (she has short brownish blondish hair & a smile and attitude to remember... she genuinely cared both times) who melted our butter not only this time but last time was such a wonderful cherry on top. We will return to this establishment and definitely recommend.

The establishment has a fun vibe and is tastefully decorated. The live dj was fun to watch and listen to. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and even the wine list. They made great recommendations for food and drink pairings. They were very attentive and friendly throughout our whole visit. The bread that is provided as a starter was light and fluffy. It came with a great whipped butter and olive oil. I ordered the lobster pasta and it was amazing. It was a little spicy for me, but the tomatoes added freshness to the bite. They added a lot of lobster so the price felt fitting. My partner got the Australian steak. The meat was very tender and perfectly cooked. We also got the Brussel sprout which were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. We ordered a chocolate lava cake for dessert which was delicious. The cake was moist and melty on the inside. The berries and ice cream added a lot of flavor and freshness to it. They validated our parking for the garage next door which was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our visit here

Additionally, our server, Ryan C. went above and beyond and sat down with us to accomodate dietary restrictions for my brother in law and was very thorough with what he could offer for alternative food options. His quality of service was exceptional and was greatly appreciated. Sitting on the patio was a vibe as well and is an excellent place to grab drinks. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Five Points.

After reading other reviews and checking out photos beforehand, I knew the Colorado lamb was a must-order. It's not something I usually go for, but it ended up being my favorite dish of the night. Absolutely worth the hype. We also ordered the birria short rib and hickory smoked picanha, and both were solid choices. The shrimp and corn grits were amazing, and I really loved the aged cheddar mac and cheese. Other dishes like the chickpea croquettes and the chili relleno were also pretty good and rounded out the meal nicely. The wait staff was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself has a cool, lively vibe. The only minor downside was that the outdoor heaters were a bit too hot, but that's a very small nitpick. Overall, an easy 5 out of 5 stars. Great food, great service, and a place I'd happily come back to.
