How sad a Dr couldn't help when mental health was involved. That was beyond disturbing he didn't even care. I left feeling sad and defeated. He was awful to me. Then not too much later I got a huge abscess on my face and I couldn't get an appointment for weeks and this was emergent as it was extremely bad. So I had to find another Dr. but I have all these symptoms and no one wants to listen to me. I continue to experience pain and rashes and stuff and it isn't stopping. No one cares. I'm just blown off. But Dr Safari really let me down.

Got to the back asked the X-ray technician that X-rays were already taken and to whom could I give them to. A black female came back to speak with me. I noticed she didn't like me asking questions. I informed her that this facility told me to bring them (X-rays and documents) and wanted them to have them and needed an email to send them. Well this upset her, stormed away. Seeing this disingenuous behavior and empathy for patients. I decided to sought out another doctor. The X-ray tech was super nice and convinced me to speak with the office manager. She told me if I didn't this behavior would continue. Which means this female has done it before. Anyways I express my concern and lack of respect and professionalism towards patients. I don't have any faith in the office manger, I told her I believe this behavior occurred before with no Consequences. She replied with a smark response "you are wrong". I bet that medical assistance is still working and she will continue to work there. So I spend $40 today for a doctor's visit where staff are unprofessional to patients. People of Katy, I don't not recommend this establishment, I should have read their reviews before setting up an appointment.

Was given no pain relief but told to go to downtown ER to get MRI...so reluctantly I went to Blackley ER and they told me they couldn't do it without appointment and they hate when clinics send patients there with misguided information. I feel like this place is loosing dr's left and right and as Vets are going to feel that ramification significantly in the care we need! Service is definitely lacking..

VA only occupies 2 floors of this 3-story building. Half of second floor is just lab and physical therapy. I don't go to third floor. So, I can't speak about that. Waiting room on second floor is for both services. Check in at the counter before sitting down. The WiFi is spotty. I usually come early and wait. Because the chairs are comfortable. Patients appeared to be younger than at the main campus. I like my physical therapist. She is patient and polite. She gave me exercises to help my mobility issues other than what I originally asked for. The only gripe about this place is the way getting to and from here. When there's an accident on Katy Freeway, my day is ruined.

I Love Katy Medical Center, nice office & great visits! It…read moreall started because I was seeking a PCP that was close to home, and most importantly a provider who took my new health insurance & of course a seasoned, compassionate & knowledgeable MD and healthcare provider. I am happy to say that I found what I was looking for with Dr.Raj, she was my first women PCP and she was excellent during my visit. Dr. Raj took her time to go over everything and anything I asked or needed, within reason. She also did an excellent job at referring me to a great Specialist whom accepted my insurance & located nearby as well, for supplemental care! The referral was great and seamless, I just finished my visit and I will be back to do my physical & review bloodwork on my next upcoming visit. I love that the Bloodwork was done in-house next to the office at Quest - and Dr Raj really acted quick to call in a Prescription for my low Vitamin D deficiency. In conclusion, I would like to say is the office staff was really great & on top of calling prior visit, very flexible & the PA who took my vitals is amazing! Oh, and I love the updated system & online portal they use, you simply login to make an appointment, change an appt, message, request refills, schedule tele-visits or just check your overall health docs. Last, but not least...I was also blown away by there advanced medical equipment & overall knowledge. This practice is fairly new and coming up quickly! Make sure you call now to get an appointment. Especially, before the word gets out about how great this overall practice is! Be sure to Ask for Dr. Raj -tell her Jeseka sent you :)

After you get the blood work, you are required to go back for a visit to get even normal results. Rachael explained to me that they do this for billing. She will not discuss anything over the phone as she "doesn't have the time". Even after seeing three of their providers (the providers are like a revolving door...Rachael was on leave last I heard), and going through hundreds... literally hundreds of blood tests, they all missed that I had hyperaldosteronism. They will milk every single penny out of you. I don't know if they get a percentage from Quest, but the tests are excessive here. I'm so happy to have found a better provider.

I love this place because it's both a mini clinic and an urgent care it's like going to a mini hospital where is a one stop shop you wait less than 30 minutes to get seen by your doctor whether you're going for the urgent care or you're going for your medical check ups on the doctor side doctor patient side... The CCA 's are phenomenal and very well trained there's another young lady that particular sticks out CCA Miosoty Gutierrez is Exceptionally knowledgeable in the department and goes above and beyond to greet you and make sure she gets a clear understanding of what you're being diagnosed for so she can clearly take it back to the doctor upon diagnosing you and treating you. I've never been to such an urgent care with such fast and attentive service. Doctor Chang ordered a CT scan to check the abdomen, ribs and liver area and was fine with the scan in under 5 minutes of admittance. So glad we came here. Now I will say the imaging results are making up for the speedy check-in. It's been over an hour since the CT scan and still awaiting results. So while the check-in process was speedy, getting the results back will test your patience considering how fast the admittance process was. In any case, it's still a great facility. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. I hope I don't need urgent care but if I'm in Houston and find myself in a jam, I would certainly choose to come here.

I was referred to Dr. Indira Reyes-Contin after going to the ER watch center. The watch center was…read morenot at this facility but another hospital. She was very friendly and kind but there was one MAJOR issue that resulted in me feeling WORSE than when I started. If you're someone that's struggling with mental health you MUST read this. Or actually, JUST IN GENERAL. She asked a few basic questions and then some more detailed ones. I told her that my outside psychiatrist told me there's a possibility I have bipolar disorder. Dr. Reyes dismissed that possibility and explained that my symptoms weren't of bipolar disorder just MDD (major depressive disorder) and that it was "normal" to have these mood swings in depression. She prescribed me antidepressants (you don't EVERY give A-D to a person with BP). Started off with 5mg and told me that I'd feel su!cidal the first 5 days but it was a side affect of the medication (first off who even prescribes that?) Well that was not how I felt and I started feeling high the 3rd day. After 5 days I'd then take 10mg on the 6th day. I went through my first manic episode and it was HORRID. That medication worked INSTANTLY and I had immediate aggressive mood swings FAR from this "normal" she said. I made an emergency virtual session that same day this happened with Dr. Reyes and you'd think she would be worried but guess what, she was ignorant and told me to KEEP TAKING IT. "Your body has to get used to it for it to work," she said. What kind of doctor says?? I told her I had all of these symptoms and she STILL dismissed it as a part of the medication. Me and my dad were persistent that this wasn't my normal behavior and that I had gone from feeling grandiose to the next SECOND having an aggressive break down. The session was said to be 30min but it didn't even last 10min. Scammer. My manic episode lasted for TWO WEEKS and she wanted me to take it??? I would've died or kms if I did. I even started having psychological withdrawal symptoms but thankfully my mom flushed these meds down. I went from having to be in IOP to PHP thanks to her. Dr. Reyes should have serious consciences for her actions. I wouldn't recommend this "doctor" whatsoever or else she'll dismiss and belittle your situation. Just because you don't have all the symptoms of something doesn't mean it's NOT a possibility. In summary she's absolutely careless "practitioner" when it comes to the well being of patients.
