I set up my appointment for a few days later and had a great consultation with Olga Ramirez, one of the surgical counselors. Olga was incredibly kind, relatable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She walked me through all of the necessary tests and was very patient with me as we completed everything. After consulting with the doctor, Olga let me know that I was a candidate for the procedure and thoroughly explained all of my options. The pricing was straightforward and transparent, and there was absolutely no pressure to book the procedure. I was given all of the information in a nice folder to take home and review. Overall, the entire experience has been easy, comfortable, and professional. I plan to move forward with the procedure next week and am looking forward to it. I literally left without a question to ask. Consultation was fast but I felt that all information gathered was accurate in comparison to my actual Eye Doctors findings. I'd say the ONLY disappointment was not hearing from the Surgeon himself. He approved my surgery but I never saw or heard from him directly. A bit strange, but maybe that's normal procedure...?? Overall, I'm excited for the follow up exam and ready to move forward.

I arrive 25 minutes and I was there for over an hour. honestly, I think they may need to revamp their scheduling. Someone's not scheduling two back to back therefore there's an overflow again if you expect me to come 15 minutes early check in properly then I do expect to be seen on time or no later than 10 minutes after it should not be a whole hour. That's just a little too much. The doctors are wonderful, but people do have other things to do during the day and sit and wait for hour in a room.

I made the effort to suggest a misunderstanding had taken place, but unfortunately, the tone of this angry man could not be overcome. He showed me a side of his character I did not know existed. No wonder they have poor reviews. They perform approximately 20 surgeries a day, I was told, and they moved me to last in line. What's wrong with this picture? Be cautious, people!

The entire experience, from the receptionist Yammi to the manager Gabriel, was unacceptable. No smiles, no courtesy--just outright rudeness. Yelling on the phone when you tried to explain your situation. My husband arrived 10 minutes early before 9am for the appointment, as instructed online, but no one was there at 9 a.m. Gabriel eventually showed up at 9:10 a.m. and didn't even acknowledge my husband waiting outside. No apology, no greeting, nothing--just left him standing there. He unlocked, closed the door, turned away and walked to the back. My husband had to open the door, walked in and waited for them to come and checked him in. Later, when my daughter arrived at the end of the appointment, it was clear that the staff was in a rush to leave. They didn't even let her properly pick out the glasses she wanted, brushing her off and telling her to check her benefits. She has double coverage, but they only used her insurance and promised to follow up on mine. No one ever did, and when we contacted them later, they said it was too late to bill it. Absolutely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the staff looked like they had just rolled out of bed--unkempt and careless. Gabriel, in particular, was dressed like he had just come from a cleaning job, complete with a cap, and gave off an unfriendly, hostile vibe. The other staff members were no better--just as rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctor may be great, but the staff ruins the entire experience.
