But, some very good friends highly recommended this Chiropractor to me. After experiencing some lower back pain for some time, and also a very stiff neck with a short range of motion, I can now say that after being adjusted by this chiropractor for a few weeks now, I am experiencing incredible results. I am now able to resume my exercises, and accomplish more things for and with my family and our home than I have been in a long time. I'm also able to do the things I love without pain and without hesitation. This Chiropractor carefully examined me, took X-rays and then followed up with me in a very patient and caring way, to explain and confirm the causes of some of the pain and limitations I was experiencing. He listens attentively to what I have to say, and gives good advice and instructions to follow. I love their holistic approach to wellness and their intentionality with everything that their team does for me. I am very grateful for a wonderful first-time experience with a chiropractor.

I cannot say enough about how Dr. Bolden Harris and his team have truly changed my life. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. I'm currently utilizing Chiropractic care, Cutting-Edge Shockwave Therapy, and Clinical Massage Therapy, and the results have been nothing short of amazing! Dr. Harris takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand, and his approach is both thorough and effective. The shockwave therapy has been a game-changer for me, and the massage therapy is the perfect complement to my treatment plan. Beyond the exceptional care, the location is ideal--just minutes from my home, making it super convenient. I'm excited to see how the next few weeks unfold, but based on my experience so far, I HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone looking for real results and a team that genuinely cares about your well-being!

I've improved not only my strength, but also my balance, stamina, and eating habits. When I started working with Sondra I had just finished my 3rd round of chemo. I had had breast cancer and several years later, uterine cancer. My diet had gotten really out of whack and I had gained about thirty pounds. In addition, my balance was terrible and I fell all the time. I had spent so much time in bed that I had very little strength or stamina. Our first year together was hard and I didn't always look forward to training. But I liked Sondra and actually began to enjoy our workouts! At first, I wasn't used to being challenged that way and I had gotten lazy. But something in me wanted to get stronger and fitter. I wanted her to be proud of me. I missed some workouts, but I kept at it. Today I'm not the same person. I look forward to workouts, and because Sondra is so knowledgeable, she knows how to keep me engaged. Now I hate to miss a session! I've lost all the weight I'd put on and am so much stronger and fitter, with better endurance. Sometimes it's hard for me to believe. I like the way I look and feel and I can do so much more than I once could. I plan to keep training with her. I think Sondra is the best! I recommend her unreservedly.

I came across a Facebook ad for an F45 "Free 6-Week Comeback Challenge." Since I'm on a health…read morejourney, I thought, "Okay, something different. Let me check it out." The second I filled out the form, I got a call. Lots of questions, which was fine, but my first red flag was when I asked about pricing and how the "free" challenge worked. Before I could finish my question, the subject changed. I was told pricing varies by person, but nobody would explain the free part. I scheduled an appointment anyway because I wanted to see what the hype was about. Before the appointment, I got several texts, including one asking what type of protein shake I wanted. Remember that part for later. When I arrived, it was so dark I wasn't sure anyone was there. I filled out paperwork that mostly repeated the questions I had already answered over the phone. Then I saw a question that said: "If you are not the primary financial decision-maker, please reschedule with your spouse present." Red flag number two. Immediately I thought, "This is about to be a sales pitch." I never got a tour. Nobody explained the classes or how the workouts worked. Instead, I was taken to the back and questioned about my health journey. I explained that I've successfully lost weight before, work with a dietitian, and that my biggest struggle lately has simply been motivation due to some personal things that started around December. The response? Basically, everything I was doing "wasn't working." Wait a damn minute. I've only been struggling for a few months. I wasn't there because I don't understand nutrition or exercise. I wanted to see if group fitness would help with motivation and accountability. Then my dietitian started getting discredited despite him knowing almost nothing about her recommendations or my situation. Every explanation somehow got met with, "Well, it's not working." The facility itself appeared clean at least I think it did. The lights were never fully turned on, so I was basically evaluating the gym in mood lighting . Thankfully my iPhone can make a dark room look like it has light. Then we got to pricing. The "free" six-week challenge was suddenly around $699 and included coaching, classes, meal plans, body scans, and other services. My immediate thought was: Where exactly was the free part? The conversation The second option required an upfront payment, a 12-month commitment, and weekly payments. I explained that I don't make financial decisions on the spot. I like to go home, think about it, compare options, and then decide. That wasn't received very well. The conversation became more about getting me to commit than helping me determine whether the program was a good fit. At one point I was basically told I could either commit or keep doing what I was doing which apparently "wasn't working." Then came the final straw. I was told women spend money on hair, nails, and shopping and could redirect those funds toward fitness. Sir... You don't know me. I budget carefully, and even if I did spend money that way, that's none of your business. Before leaving, I asked if I could observe a class. The answer was no because apparently if people leave, they don't come back. And looking at a class is not going to determine anything. No trial was offered now I see several trial offers online for lower than what I was offered which was nothing Funny thing is, I'm exactly the type of person who leaves, sleeps on a decision, researches it, and then comes back if it makes sense. In the end, I chose not to join. My issue isn't that they charge for services. My issue is advertising a "Free 6-Week Comeback Challenge" and then presenting expensive packages without clearly explaining costs upfront. Ironically, the experience motivated me just not in the way they intended. It reminded me that I've reached my goals before and I can do it again. Oh, and remember that protein shake he texting me about? Yeah... nobody ever offered it when I got there. Guess we both left disappointed False advertising at its finest.

I personally haven't utilized any class sessions but I see there are plenty to sign up for. Unique three-story gym with friendly staff. My one and true concern for this gym is the quality of the restroom / locker room/ shower facilities. The water pressure for the sink and shower is extremely weak, and the water temperature is also fairly cold. Pretty disappointing to experience knowing gym goers pay a monthly membership to utilize these facilities, only to get what seems like charity communal level service.

I was ecstatic about the brand-new equipment, hydromassage and red-light therapy amenities, and multiple stories. They even have the uncommon 7.5 , 12, and 17.5 pound dumbbells, which I put to great use. All the staff members are so friendly, there is always someone greeting and saying goodbye at the front desk. Many of my coworkers are also members of this gym and have great things to say about this location. There were some issues during my time there including having trouble finding parking, classes filling up quickly, not being able to connect to Bluetooth in the red-light therapy beds as well as the fans not working inside the hot bed, hitting my shins on the bathroom door since the space in between the toilet and swinging door is minuscule, and corporate not being responsive in adding this location to my employer's discount program. If you are able to look beyond these minor issues, this gym is a great gym for any and everybody to get a cardio and/or strength training workout in using their vast selection state-of-the-art equipment and machines. I only left this gym because I moved into central Austin and was very disappointed to learn they did not have a Crunch location near my new home.
