I had a leaky exterior pipe and made one call, got Melissa to call me back after anhour of making the call, it was scheduled, and Alton came out yesterday (4/17/2018) and took care of it. It took a whole 2 hours and was done right! The mud patch has dried up and we can now enjoy our new home without the worry. Arrived on time and had professional staff discuss my whole home water filter project. I used their Request a Quote service on Yelp and I got a very quick response followed up by a phone call to setup an appointment the next day (I had isolated the leak so it was not an emergency). I was given a 2 hour window with a 30 minute advance call - it worked perfectly. Wish I could remember the plumbers name but he assessed the leak and had the materials to do it. If I could give minus stars I would. The overflow from the A.C. unit was clogged in the attic. The man they sent to fix it , poured a container of my own bleach down the line and said it was all he could do. He went back to his shop and told the boss he snaked the line and cleared it. It took two days to get another plumber to come out. This plumber from another company cleared the line and stopped the water from flooding my carpets in less than 20 minutes. read more

Called to fix a slow leak and repair man left in the middle of the job leaving a bigger leak. There was not water all over the floor before he started work and the repair man left in the middle of his job and they had to send a second person to finish the job the next day. The water damage is still there and they have not resolved this. Do not ever use this plumbing company! read more

I arrived home today and was informed by my neighbor that I had water coming from the side of my house. I checked it out and entered my home expecting the worse. I stepped into the attic where I heard a continuous flow of water. Panic and fear set in!!! I went to Yelp to look up plumbers in the Pearland area. The first company that I called would not be able to send someone until Monday (3 days later). Then I called this company and spoke with Jessie. She took down my information and promised she would have someone at my house WiTHIN the hour!!! When Cody arrived (in less than an hour) he was professional, kind and immediately shut off the source of the leak which was my water heater. He consulted with his boss by phone and advised me to call my home warranty company. Even though they do not contract with my particular home warranty company, he answered my questions and informed me that my situation could be worse. I wasn't charged anything but felt SO MUCH better after he assessed my situation. We woke up this morning with our hall bathroom sinks full of water. I called Texas Master Plumber and the lady located someone finishing a job. Cody arrived in less than an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem which was primarily clogging from the ac drain lines into the sink drains. He completed the job in an hour and was very thorough while explaining all he was doing. Very efficient, pleasant and professional at a reasonable cost. read more

I called TMP and scheduled an appointment for one of the techs to come by and give me and estimate. The tech arrived promptly and we discussed my needs and I was told that I'd either get an email estimate or a call with a few days. A week later I called to follow up and was told yada yada yada and that they would follow up with the tech and SUPV to get the estimate out. 2 weeks later I NEVER did get the estimate . Not worth calling these guys if they're going to waste your time like they did mine AD. Pearland,TX Thanks for your speedy response. I have another name to put in my book for reliable home repair! My fancy shower panel's temperature dial stopped working. They were among the top three on yelp in my area for plumbers and responded promptly to my request. The dispatcher/receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first plumber came out, again very nice man, said he wasn't familiar with the equipment, said he would send the master plumber within the next 24 hours. The master plumber (Ronnie) arrived within the 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, suggested I call the manufacturer for the shower cartridge (because this was an uncommon brand). The manufacturer (who make nice stuff but their customer service sucks!) took almost 3 months to get the part to me. I called Master Plumbers on Monday, asked for a Friday appointment, got it, the dispatcher/receptionist let me know the plumber was on his way. He arrived promptly (I'm so sorry I forgot his name but he was very nice as well); was familiar with my type of shower panel; worked through a couple of problems but within an hour had fixed it. The price was perfectly reasonable and I am one happy customer! read more

Absolutely awful experience. Rude, unhelpful and did nothing but waste our time. I was home alone with my 1 year old and he would not do anything without knowing where the clean out was because he doesn't get paid for that. And wouldn't help look. So with my 1 year old at my feet, I did everything I could to try to find it while he stood there and watched. (Turns out this house doesn't have one, but he suggested a possible location, so I tried to see of it was buried so he could fix the issue). He refused to remove the toilet to clean out the main line from there because he said he wouldn't get paid for that. My husband called the owner to complain and only backed up his plumber. If a plumber and plumbing company can't manage snaking a main line however they need to, they don't need to be in business!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ***edit to add - Landlord approved for toilet to be removed for mainline to be snaked from there. This all happened while he was at the house and on my personal phone in direct communication with him. Plumber said his company needed to approve and they didn't. So it's on the company for choosing not to complete the job. This goes beyond the fact that the plumber happily stood and did nothing to help while a mother with small child used a shovel to turn soil to look for a clean out that he insisted was there but covered and he could only perform his job of said clean out was found. As it turns out, this home does not have a clean out as described and the only way the issue could be resolved was via the toilet access. read more

My hot water tank gave out on my over the weekend, i had looked up a few plumbing companies around my area and Texas Plumber had very good reviews, gave them a call and they were able to have someone out to my place to check out the issue the next morning. Richard came out, and appreciated it the heads up call before he showed up. He quickly check the status of my tank, confirm that it needed to be replaced and was able to have a new one installed by the next morning - he offered to take care of it the same day but I had prior commitments. Next morning he came with help to be able to install the new tank, they were quick and always very courteous. I would definitely called Texas Master Plumber back if the need arises. read more

Disappointing that they don't stand by their work product. They supposedly fixed a bath handle of mine but it subsequently broke and the water would not turn off. When I called to explain the emergency to them, they told me that they only stand by their work for 30 days. In a bind, I called another plumber. The lady in the office was nice, the guy was not. The plumber was rude, didn't want to come back a second time to fix what he was supposed to fix the first time. I'm renting so of course the landlord paid for this, but he shouldn't have. The plumber acted like he didn't want to talk to me when I asked questions, so I had to talk to the landlord. Just because I rent does not mean I can't ask questions. They seemed like they didn't want to be there or fix what they needed to. They replaced a faucet in the shower and didn't re-caulk it? Aren't you a plumber? I was told they never do, ok so who does? Apparently, always the customer. Then why call a plumber? Really? I called to get a quote for installing a gas line for a new cook top. I discovered a water leak in my yard coming from the main line to the house. When the plumber called me back to give my quote, I told him about the leak. They got me on the schedule for that same day, came out and fixed the problem and even filled in dirt we dug out ourselves looking for the leak.
