Two ladies were upfront, one therapist and a front desk worker. They had no therapist available at the time and this was approx. 2pm. I told them I would continue to look for a place who could get me in immediately as my back was killing me. The front desk worker said, well we have a 5:20 pm spot. She said well do you want to book it just in case. I said sure. She said "we ask for a credit card on file, just in case you are a no show, we charge you". I said that make sense. I left and the next place I stopped said they could get me in immediately. I wrote the Xpress location in Keller right away to cancel. I received a response that said the appointment had been cancelled. Two days later I see a charge for over 50 dollars. I called the credit card company that I used, who refunded the money immediately because I have the cancellation text. I then called the facility who said that this is common practice, and their policy is that if you cancel or NO SHOW, you will be charged. Can you imagine this with any other service? I would like dinner at a nice restaurant but then you cancelled it and get charged for what you would have eaten. Or how about a car. I was going to buy a car but changed my mind and they still charged you for the car you should have bought, so that the salesman makes money. This is insanity and I will never be back to this location every again! I would caution you as well. This policy was never conveyed to me and the girl I spoke with on the phone said "oh she probably forgot". Umm yea because why would I ever agree to pay for a probable service? Horrible business. Update: the manager of this business wrote me and said yes we have evidence that our staff didn't advise you of the policy and that he would try to help me get my refund "even though my cc has already refunded the money", but when he saw this review he sent me a text at 11pm at night. "I saw your rediculous review on Yelp. I had told our system not to fight it because it was an honest mistake. But your lies on Yelp are stupidity. You never once on the video said you were going to look for another location for a faster massage. I will upload the video and audio to Yelp to show this. I was ok with eating the 30 dollar chargeback but now I'm going to fight it" These people are not just crooked but obviously have mental issues.

Every month they have specials and sometimes an open house when they offer great deals, be sure to take advantage of that. As for my Venus treatment, I did 4-5 sessions for each area. It's been about 4 months since my last session and results are good. Definitely better than what it was without them. Cheaper alternative to lipo but definitely keep your expectations in check! It's not a miracle worker and you won't look instantly skinner. You also need to go in for "touch ups" a few times every year if I remember correctly.

She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. I also requested a specific injector because she had a lighter touch, but this request was ignored and I was promptly scheduled with the same person. On top of that, at this same appointment, the injector told me she miscounted my units on the previous visit and then I was charged for the extra 10 units. It felt intentional and unfair since it was their mistake and the unit number wasn't the same as usual. Maybe this wouldn't have bothered me so much if I was not constantly feeling pressured. After moving on to another salon, I realized how stress free these appointments should be. My new provider delivers great results with 40% less product and without the constant upselling. I finally feel like a valued client rather than a sales target.

I came here last August for my first IPL facial at this place and was burnt during the laser facial along both sides of my forehead and jawlines. The pain was excruciating compared to the pain from my past facials. Imagine the pain of also walking outside to/from your car in August Texas heat with a laser-burnt face. I did not completely realize that I was burnt until I got home after the facial and clearly looked at myself in the mirror. When I reached out to this place, they were only willing to refund me on the 2nd facial that I had not gotten done yet (are you kidding me? you're not willing to refund me for the facial that burnt my face??). They did not seem to be apologetic either. I did not feel any remorse or sincerity. Luckily, when I reached out to Groupon, they were kind enough to refund me on both of the IPL facials I had bought. The multiple burns in time scabbed over, and after weeks, the scabs finally peeled off, and I was left with scars. This place was willing to give me 2 microdermabrasions (that is what they called them at least) and said that they would help with my scars. I went back thinking that those treatments would help with my scars, but they did not. This place is unwilling to help me any further with the scars that they had inflicted. I think if a business were to make a bad mistake like this, they should take the responsibility to willingly refund the victim for the treatment that burnt and scarred the victim as well as help the victim to recovery. If I were an unsuitable candidate for the treatment, the employees at this place should have come to that conclusion before burning me. They are the "professionals", not me. No matter what excuses they may have (I don't know, they did not communicate anything to me), the damage has regretfully been done, and the proof is in the photos (note that the burns and scars are along both sides of my forehead and jawlines, and not to be confused with my own skin flaws). TLDR: This place burnt my face during an IPL facial. They were unwilling to refund me for that facial. The pain inflicted was extreme. Months later, I still have multiple multi-inch long scars on my face.
