I can't recommend Dr. Lily highly enough! From the very first session, she brought a level of care,…read moreknowledge, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly assess my condition, and explain her treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand and gave me confidence in the process. Dr. Lily is the kind of physical therapist who makes you laugh so much, you forget you're actually working. We bonded over our love for reading and somehow turned therapy sessions into plot twists and punchlines. 10/10 would recommend--especially if you like your healing with a side of humor! Thanks to Dr. Lily, I've regained strength, mobility, and hope. She's not only an excellent therapist but also a wonderful person to work with. If you're looking for someone skilled, encouraging, and truly dedicated to your recovery, Dr. Lily is the one.

I drove all the way from Elgin (40 minutes plus fighting traffic) and due to being 3 minutes late over the 10 minute late window (13 minutes total) my appointment was canceled! It's June, next available appointment is in AUGUST. Claims they called me but I have ZERO missed calls from today which I showed them! Instead of working with me and being understanding that life happens, they continued to argue with me. All they could say is sorry we can schedule you for another location, today we have availability in Kyle, Texas. Ma'am be soo for real right now. I'm absolutely disgusted by this office. Claims the Dr needs an hour for the appointment but if my appointment is at 9:20 and the Dr has to leave at 10, how does that even make sense. Wish I could leave ZERO stars.

i've gone to this urgent care over the years. the wait time varies but is often long…read more I appreciate being able to email them my health history and medication list, as both are long & complex. I think my doing that may be why the Dr who saw me took me seriously, (i saw he had printed out my health history and had highlighted things in it) and spent more time with me than others have. I was super anxious, wayyyyg overtired, and experiencing very intense restless leg (and other parts of my body) syndrome with many forceful spasms, all my muscles in my body were tightly clenched and i couldn't get them to relax and I was also in a lot of pain (this was due to a recent medication change, and my having a bad reaction to it), which I told them. So, at first I was disappointed because Dr. Joe told me that they couldn't give me muscle relaxers bc they would amplify the effects of the drug i was on that I was badly reacting to, so I felt like crying because i didn't know what to do, how to get help. Dr. Joe recommended I go back to my original dosage of the medication, and took the time to show me stretches i could do, and recommended that I take pedialyte or coconut water, and use arnica cream. i followed his advice, got the arnica tablets for leg cramps (i took 6) and the arnica cream for arthritic relief, which i rubbed all over myself. i drank coconut water and went back to my usual dosage of the medication, and did stretches and doing these things worked; got a full 8 hrs of sleep and only had a few leg spasms the whole night! my muscles feel relaxed now, and I am super grateful for that. I appreciate Dr. Joe listening and taking me seriously and recommending all he did, bc i am now back to my normal level of poor health, which is so much less bad than it was before Dr. Joe's help. Emailing health histories and med lists really may have made the difference here, i'm always going to do that in the future. Their email: occmed.pr@texasmedclinic.com

Was referred to a GI doctor for my stomach issues only, even though I complained about a fever I've had for 3 days. I came in around 9pm so it seemed like they wanted to go home as fast as possible. Also no hand soap in the waiting room bathroom? Not even a soap dispenser in sight. Save the time and go to a different urgent care EDIT: Found out I had severe dehydration and a nasty virus that needed attention from the ER. Wish I would have received better care.

The people at Urgent Care were friendly and quick to notice everyone who walked in. Everything can be done online, even registration. Ms Sonja (front desk) was very cordial. I registered and within 20 minutes was in the back waiting for the physician. Easy and kept me informed. 2 other patients ahead of me, quick and responsive. I was out within an hour. The Practitioner was very attentive, she gave me all the information I needed and asked all the right questions. I definitely will return where needed. Highly recommend. I found the check-in process to be easy and appreciated. the estimated wait time. There weren't many people in the waiting room when we arrived, but we were told that an emergency had come in just before I arrived, which extended the wait time. I think my total wait time ended up being an hour instead of an anticipated half an hour. I'm not sure if it was a nurse or physicians assistant that saw me first, but she was nice and polite. Took all of my vitals. Listen to my explanation of what happened. She went to get the Doctor Who came in a few minutes later and had to move me to a different area so she could wash my head. Both the nurse and the doctor explained everything as we went along the doctor offered to take pictures of my head so I could see how big the gas actually was and she took pictures again after she put in the staples. I think I was done within 30 minutes of being taken into the back. I didn't feel rushed they explained everything. They explained the aftercare and the doctor called in a couple of prescriptions for me while I hope I don't have to visit urgent care anytime soon. If it comes up again, I would go back.
